Was it just me or did everyone else know that the Encore Euro pool is no longer Euro/Topless? Apparently they now call it the adult pool. During casual conversation, my host said that there was no topless sunbathing there anymore and I was like, huh? She said it was due to security cameras that had to be installed to police the XS night club and pool parties. I didn't ask but, apparently there must be some privacy issues about having camera's around topless sunbathing?
This happened last year due to fighting/drugs during the night swim. Cameras were installed and that was it. Sucks.
Hey new Wynncore management...., here's a novel idea: Shut the night swim down and keep them inside the club....
When we stayed at Wynn last month there was still a euro portion of the pool and there were topless ladies everywhere.
Correct....there still is topless sunbathing at the Wynn Euro pool. No longer at the Encore Euro pool.
I believe Caesars still operates Monday -Wednesday. Sad as Mrs Wallew and I are planning a trip for our 20th next spring and may have to stay elsewhere.
Oh, I know....it's all about the money, always will be and they don't make a penny on topless sunbathing. And as ridiculous as I think renting a pool bed for $400 at Encore is, I still have a hard time fathoming that people pay $2K for bottle service.
The $2k for bottle service is a minimum spend that you accrue towards with every thing you order. On the other hand, the daybeds / cabanas at Encore start at $400+ and then you have to spend on F&B. I'd rather spend towards a minimum because I feel like I'm at least getting something. Paying 400 for a day bed by the pool at Encore is obscene -- thought I think it includes some soda / water.
Yea it does....not sure you get $400 worth of water and ice though...LOL I think $400 is obscene for a day bed too but my wife says "it's Vegas....does it really matter?" She's been listening to me way too much. I only go to the pool for about 3 hours max and I'm happy sitting most anywhere because it's always hot when we're there and I'm in the water most of the time anyway.. My bride on the other hand will go from about 10-4 and is a pool chair snob....at least that's what I call it.
Yeah, it's just unfortunate that other pools (like the non-club-pools at Cosmo) feature a minimum spend versus a usage fee...Besides, aren't the margins on these tables / chairs 50%+?
Stayed at Encore in May 2018 and this was the case then that it was no longer toptional. Good news is you can access the Wynn Adult Pool.
You know....I wonder why they don't open the Encore Beach Club pool to regular guests when the club isn't open (kind of similar to what goes on with the Encore adult (ex-euro) pool? It's a gorgeous pool complex. For example, we're there from a Sat evening arrival to checking out the following Friday morning and the only day the EBC is open is the Sunday after we get there. It looks to be open 2 other nights for a night swim even but will sit empty all day long. As a side note, I've looked out of our Encore window a few times about 5AM and they are out there shocking the hell out of the Euro pool that was open the night before for an XS night swim eventHmmm…..maybe I'm back to staying and pooling on the Wynn side
