Higher risk, higher reward and gives us degens more options. Too early imho to see any strong plays. 20190720_123319.png

Thanks! Broncos at 6.5 wins?:( Gonna be a Looong season.
Cardinals might be a play if you really believe in Murray.
Green Bay at the Chiefs and at the Chargers. Hmmm.

Circa is lookin like a good book. Thanks for posting this. Wonder if they have this for college.
We'll do a few of these over/under bets. And then use the hedge strategy at end of year if needed, meaning that if gets down to the last game and we need it to cover, then will bet some on the team they are playing to hedge the over/under season win bet.

Most other books have Denver at 7 wins.

I like what Circa is doing, with its "alternate" win totals.

    Carolina at 9 (+220)

The last 7 seasons, Carolina has finished under .500 followed by an 11+ win season the following year.
Carolina was 7-9 last season (the team was 6-2 and Cam Newton was having his best career season until he got hurt and the team spiraled to 7-9). He is healthy, the team is stocked on the Defensive Line and the offense has lots of speed.

If Cam stays healthy, the team can go 12-13 wins.

I absolutely love the Broncos at 6.5. I actually think they have a shot at the division so call me crazy. Vic Fangio one of the best defensive coaches in the league and if the offense does anything under Flacco they could be tough because they also have a very real home field advantage. Although I am something of a Chiefs fan, I see regression this year from that group. Plenty of film on Mahomes now.

I think Miami under. They got that "built to lose" look so they can have like a billion dollars of cap space in subsequent years.

I think Pitt a good play, although I'm a bit intrigued by Baltimore, mostly because all the talking heads seem to be totally disrespecting them. John Harbaugh easily in the top five of NFL coaches, in my opinion. I think the QB will be much improved off his rookie season and they already had a strong running game. Defense depleted but they've always been tough, even after they lost Ray Lewis.

I'd maybe do that Ravens under 7.5 at +155. I know Harbaugh is a top 5 coach but he's always had some good defensive leaders to rely on. Doesn't have that this time. The schedule has some really tough games on it. Also Broncos over 7.5 at +160. Flacco's best years have been when he's had a good Tight End. He'll have that this year.

I agree with you on Miami, but from a betting perspective its kinda dicey. The o/u number is 5 and you are laying extra juice on the under (-130 to -140 range).

Don, I know you didn't mean this as a challenge, but I am going to put my money where my mouth is and place a wager on Miami under when I go to Vegas on Labor Day. The season not having started yet, I should still be able to do that. You are correct for noting the nature of the odds, so I'm going to step up and claim this ground with a C-note worth of action.:headbang::beer:

Everyone was saying the Jets would go winless in 2017 and their win total line dropped from 5 to 4.5 to 4 and right before the season the under juice on that 4 wins was close to -200. And then sure enough, they eked out 5 wins. (And yes I bet the under...FU Josh McCown:mad:.)

Just a cautionary tale before y'all bet the under on the Dolphins.

Dropped to 4.5 at my local. Surprisingly the juice was still -130

The Alt Bet Under for the Jets at 6.5 wins at +165 is easy money. Everyone should load up on this. The Jets...at best if they get lucky...are a 4 win team this year.

The problem with the Jets under is there's a six game stretch starting November 3rd where they can pick up some wins. And the schedule is light on travel. They don't even travel past Ohio.

The Eagles are going to win 13 games and the Super Bowl. I'm putting a hundo down on them.
