I'm guilty of this one, I'll admit it... but there's only a few of them:
    • Mid-deck entry - unwritten rule, especially for double-deck, is to ask other players if they mind you jumping in. It's just a courtesy thing.
    • Unwritten rule - Don't "steal" third base. If there's a player one chair over from the 3rd base seat, always ask him/her if they want 3rd before just sitting down there.
    • Pay back loans immediately - unwritten rule is that when another player spots you chips in order for you to make a double or split, pay them back immediately after the hand, win or lose.
Those are the only ones I know about.

If I take a card I am not or don’t take a card I am supposed to on the first hand of a deck is the play of that whole deck ruined?

I mean k want someone screaming at me “I shouldn’t have had blackjack but on hand one....”

I play black jack for entertainment, not for comps. I prefer to play heads-up at a rapid pace. My moment is when I am on a good run going at a rapid pace and Mr, / Mrs. / Ms. / It sits down and looks at their cards and then seeks divine guidance to help determine if they should hit their 9 against the dealer's 10. After several agonizing hours (okay maybe not that long) they finally decide to hit. After getting a 3 and having to re-add their total, another quest for divine guidance followed by finally signaling a hit. Now they get an ace and have to once again begin the arithmetic test from the beginning, once the total has finally been determined the divine guidance is repeated. Any chance, since arithmetic is in this case an advanced class, that you would be capable of keeping a running count?

    Hell no!

    "Color up!"

I get very annoyed when I intentionally select an empty row and then moments later someone sits down next to me and shares their cigarette (smoke) with me. That was mentioned earlier so at least I know I'm not the only one it happens to!

I will tap the screen periodically, view the pay table or run a sequence up and down the buttons. Basically only do it when I am losing for a long stretch so that I hopefully will get out of the losing sequence lol.

The tons of TITOs are annoying to me also but it was even worse when the redemption machines only took one TITO at a time. We had the ones you could 'stack' them in in our po-dunk casino a couple YEARS before they bothered to put them in Vegas lol!!!!

This is one of my biggest eye rolls mutually with the dealers.
I call these guys the dice coach and or card coach respectively.

The groups stopping in aisles and at the bottom of escalators is a close second.
Tied for second is the group walking four across straight at you and nobody attempts to move over.

This happened at a table I was at there, a guy bought in for like $30 and asked for blue($1 chips), his friend bought in for $40 and also asked for blue, I could see the dealer kind of roll his eyes, probably thinking "great a bunch of clueless players betting $3 a hand". I was the last buy in and had a $100 bill, the dealer said how do you want it, i said "all blue". I could see his face and Immediately said "just kidding, all red", he looked at me and we both laughed.

When I use my Player's Card to go to the head of the buffet line and get the stink eye from the people waiting in line. Fuck you, get a card.

And that's another damn thing. You wait IN not ON line. Dumb bastards!

Uh, since when does a (regular, not hoity toity) players card get line-cut privileges?

We may have to agree to disagree about that! It's also SODA and not POP! Hero and not a hoagie! :)

Definitely soda not pop or coke and you get a drink of water out of a bubbler not a water fountain.

That's how it is out here. Typically it went something like, "I'll have a coke. Make it a 7Up, no, an Orange Crush."
