    AI is an interesting paradigm. my opinion on it shifts all the time, just like with UBI (not to get political but the two are related).

    Yeah, Poker is really the 'next level' for AI to capture. Chess is the easiest for AI to handle, since it involves no 'hidden' information outside of the board itself. AI has pretty much conquered that. Now it is poker, where facial expressions, bluffs, player patterns are all significant parts of the game at elite levels. 'Teaching' AI programs to play poker is the next step in the evolution of AI.

    Backgammon, Go, Heads-Up Limit Hold 'Em and Heads-Up NLHE have all been "solved", and probably others.

    You can always try playing Tic-Tac-Toe with the AI to see if it explodes.

    Even more interestingly, this will be the end of online poker. Even amateurs can now use AI to play at a pro or near pro level.
