You have to be down with a Buffalo style of pizza: medium crust, cup n char pepperoni, generous toppings, etc. I'm from Buffalo (as is Naked City's owner) so I eat it to get that fix, but I could see others with different pizza preferences seeing it as mediocre. It's not as good as pizza in actual Buffalo.

pop-up pizza at the Plaza is not bad for lunch and they have good garlic knots.

Service can certainly get slow. I usually order and then do any chores like bill changing, kiosk, or player's club. I usually ask for my check when the food comes. Another time, I went to the restroom before finishing my meal and left personal possessions on the table. A couple minutes later, my food was already gone. As long as the meals are free, I'll roll with the quirks. I do wish they had kept their old coffee and steak houses.

Yes, the do have silverware/place mat ****s and their service leaves much to be desired. But as Wasilla says it's free and I just deal with. I'll often order and just go to the parlour bar play VP and eat there when it's ready.

I have less problem with the tater tots and more with the frozen sausage patties that they just put in the microwave, dab the grease with a towel, and slap them on a plate. Can't they at least put them on the flat top and brown them a little?

1941 is a Groundhog Day train wreck. I feel bad for the few employees who really give a crap. They must be horribly frustrated every day with management's blatant apathy.

If they do read them they just don't care. To be honest the only place downtown that seems to care is the plaza because their Casino Host will actually reply on here.

I agree that Siegel's breakfasts are mediocre, but I love their liver and onions -- bacon on the side.
