    Sit out an orbit of hands and forfeit the big blind, big blind ante, and small blind. 2.5 big blinds total. More significant penalties can go up to 4 orbits, I believe. Anything more severe requires a disqualification, iirc.

    Oh I know. I would think it is incredibly hard to not want to go in on a hand when you haven't have much all day (if that is the case here which we don't know yet). My instinct if I were to get a pair would be to play it out because the last 20 hands have been nothing.
