How do you break down your cash you take with you to Vegas?

 

20s for gaming
1s for tipping

 

All 100's, with a bunch of singles for tipping.

 

Gambling roll of 100's. Tip roll of 5's and mostly 1's

 

All hundies

 

Not sure exactly what the question is, but...

All 100's go on the table or in the slot.

When I need smaller bills, I just use one of the TITO/ATM machines.

 

$500 in 20's for tips. Multi 10's of thousands in 100's for gambool. $100 in 5's and 10's for smaller tips

A little of everything but mostly hundys

Before rideshare I will have some 20 and 1 for taxi or tips..
Now don’t need those...

 

The only thing I break down are twenties to fives and ones for tips. I usually break down a couple $20's for 5 $5s and $15 in singles. That usually last me maybe a couple days. I take out a LOC - so I rarely carry large any more except when I intend to play somewhere I don't have a LOC.

 

All hundos. When I get to my hotel I'll go to the cage each morning, after breakfast, and get a mix of $1 & $5 chips for tipping housekeeping and CWs. Rinse and repeat as needed.

 

A wad of 400 singles wrapped with a single hundred...

In actuality, usually all hundreds for the gambling, a few hundred worth of 20s, and a handful of 5s and 1s for tipping.

Gaming bankroll:

• 60-70% in 100's
  
• 30-40% in 20's
• 0% ever in 50's

Tips:

• $5 bill for each night at the hotel for housekeeping
• $5 bill for the bell desk to store my bags if the room is not ready upon arrival
• $5 bill for bell service to bring my bags to the room if I've had to store them at the desk
• 2x $1 bills for each day in Vegas for drink tips (why only $2 per day you might ask? I invariably end up with singles from my TITOs, and use those throughout the remainder of the trip for drink tips. I'm also not a very big drinker, maybe 3-4 drinks per day)
• 2x $20 bills for each way of a round-trip airport transfer car service (e.g. Presidential) if I'm not doing Lyft/Uber

 

Mostly Benjamins for gambling and Washingtons for tips. I use plastic and Apple Pay for other purchases to maximize my rewards points that I received with my credit cards, so I often don't carry around a lot of cash, other than a few 20s and 5s.
