I'll be heading out to Vegas in a few weeks and want to play some cash games and a few tourneys. I used to play a lot during the boom but ever since Black Friday I haven't played online or live and I know the game has changed quite a bit since those glory years. Does anyone have any advice/websites/strategy articles/etc that could help me jump back into the game? My style back then was pretty tight I'd say and would open up depending on how many drinks I had lol

    Cash games I'd play are 1/2 and/or 2/5 and tourneys $100-$500

    Thanks

If you want to polish up your play before going you can still play online at Bovada.

Watch some Boski vlogs for tourneys, and some Neeme or Brad Owen ones for cash games.

Give you some vegas footage before you head out, and a bit of a refresher.

I bought a 'from the ground up' course on Run it Once for ~ $50 las month, and that's pretty good so far. Still haven't finished it yet, and I'm off next week.... Real life gets in the way of fun, too much :)

Thanks for the suggestions. I downloaded Bovada but it declined 4 CC deposit attempts--2 MC and 2 Visa. They suggest using Bitcoin but I don't have Bitcoin, am I just out of luck here?

I think credit card companies started declining transactions at online casinos back in 2004 or earlier.
