For all you slot players, what is your favorite casino to play at on Fremont Street? And if you play slots on The Strip, what is your favorite casino to play at there?

Many people like to play where they stay, where they win, where they get comped at the best, etc. What is your favorite and why?

I haven't been to Las Vegas since I started playing slots. My previous trips have all been strictly video poker. So I am looking for recommendations. Thanks in advance!

I'm not a huge binions fan nor do I really play many slots, but I would say Binions floor and selection seems to be some of the best downtown. The D also has some of the newest slots and a competitive players club.

Up until Boyd changed their players club program, the Cal and MSS use to get a lot of my downtown VP play, although the Orleans has been my home casino over the years. I also like the Plaza and they started sending out some nice comp offers (free rooms/food & freeplay), after my last visit which was last year. I guess I must have given them enough play to get back on their radar or perhaps these are teaser offers. LOL

VP sucks on the strip, so I try not to give the strip casinos much VP play. Although, I occasionally play slots when I visit some of the CET and MGM properties, but I don't have a favorite on the strip, since they got rid of the old Monte Carlo. Some of the off-strip Station properties (GVR, Red Rock) have also been receiving more of my play, since they still have some 9/6 JOB machines.

Four Queens, Plaza and Golden Nugget have treated me well downtown. Palace Station and Red Rock have also been fun.

I tend to play at the Fremont (and the Cal) the most.
    ELCO second place I suppose.
    almost never at GN.

GN has the tightest slots, in my opinion.

I tried 4 Queens last week. It pays 50 for full house 30 for flush in Video Poker. Where else has this?

Fremont Street: I don't venture down there.
Strip: Cosmopolitan is my favorite place to slot around. Why? Well, it is Cosmo and it is the place I find that rolls out new slots before any other casino. And I love the atmosphere.

For slots on the strip, most winning places for me are Mirage (stay & play), Harrah’s and Paris (play only).
Pretty good luck at Bellagio, NYNY, and Venetian
No luck, for me, Cosmo, Wynn, Aria, MB - great places but dang their slots hate me, lol.

    Rarely play downtown.

You must mean their 50c double double game? Great play and incredible comps at 4qs, none else downtown have that paytable to my knowledge. I only play 25c denom and only stick to JoB or BP, so I'm no expert on it.

Yes for the same game Golden Nugget was 45 - 25 and The Grand was 45-30 so 50-30 was the best that I found at 4 queens

I'd say regardless of being on the Strip or downtown (or out of state!), there's no guarantee that you'll win that day. It's hit or miss regardless of location, win some, lose some.

That being said, I've had the best "luck" recently at the Cosmo (last month); and The Mirage. I've also fared well at Casino Royale, but since I've been concentrating more play at other properties, haven't invested as much time there.

I love the Cosmo's slot selection, ease of navigating (once you've been there once or twice, compared to some other places [I'm lookin' atchu Mirage]), and friendly customer service. Winning helps too - with a raspberry lemon drop in hand. ;)

I like Wynn. The atmosphere is classy and beautiful. Drink service is great and they seem to have different machines than I see at other casinos. I was mlife for 15 years and got one handy. First stay and play I got a 5k handy at Wynn. Second I got 3 in 24hours. Only two trips in the black

Downtown I like Golden Gate, Downtown Grand and The D. On the Strip I like Linq, Aria, and MGM Grand. I'm looking forward to venturing into Cosmo and Plaza more on my next trip.
