    My Trip Report

So I got in yesterday AM at 7 from 10 days in Taiwan and Hong Kong doing a little bidness, shitfaced as hell after knocking back at least a dozen Macallan 12’s on my Taipei to Vancouver flight and then 8 Woodfords (4-doubles so it didn’t seem as often) YVR-ATL. Once we landed and got home I thought it wise to make a Bourbon Mule before I realized that even though I slept a solid 6 hours on my flights, that this bitch was done for and knocked out out until 7P. Jet lag is real, folks, even for a weekly traveler such as myself. Anyhow, after waking up I decide to book a room at Harrahs for the next day since the weather is straight piss in Atlanta the next foreseeable future, which brings me to current.

Had $485 in FP and this the place is a GD zoo! Every slot is taking on the main floor so I drag my FP to HL room and some $5 WOF, good choice! $265FP in and hit this.

I’ll keep the pics coming should any others hit

Awesome hit, on FP at that. I know exactly which machine that is in the HL room. We were there two weeks ago and that machine kept hitting and hitting and hitting whilr we sat across playing the diamond jubilee. Finally decided to put $400 in and did not get one hit LOL!

That sucks about the $400 but in, these fickle bitches!!!!

    It’s been a blood bath since including a bonus on $8.80/pull 3-reel 88 fortunes for $0.00?!?!?!

Asia jet lag knocked me out for 2 hours+ but up and ready to mash!

Ooooookkkkaaaayyyyy! After a much needed nap, I awoke ready to rip shit! Counted the cash and realized i had already blasted through $2k of the first HP. Took another $1k down and decided this would be it. Couldn’t lose, got a Handy on 9’s playing 5 Dragons, the 40x will do it! Was back to about $5k on the night, sat down at BJ next to a guy coincidentally from Hong Kong so I knew I’d be lucky. Bought in with $400, out for $2900. Solid $7k trip on nothing but FP and a little over 3k Tier credits

I’ll try to upload some vids from Ngong Ping 360 cable car in Hong Kong as well.

Perfect Buffalo hit, right below tax forms! I always hear about how bad the native American casinos are at being tight but I've been there a few times and left a winner every time (knock on wood). Going back in September for the first time in a few years and took a comp room this time so I'm a little excited about getting to see a little more of Cherokee. Only made day trips before and always had a 2 hour drive back to my condo to look forward to after gaming, so will be nice to be able to just wander up to my room after for once.

    Oh and hey, nice watch!

Congrats on your wins! I've never had much luck on Fortune 88 either.

Awesome run on BJ! Their rules aren't too bad and if play $25 or higher tables you generally get people around you that know how to play.

We always seem to do better in Cherokee than Vegas. We can go with $500 FP and some nights play hard (4k TCs) all night and come home with $.

I hear that about Indian casinos, and feel that way about a lot of them, but these 2 are the loosest casinos that I’ve played anywhere and their liberal freeplay is ridiculous. I’m heading back before Vegas early July and have $1300/FP on a Thursday which is simply nuts

Stupidly we booked the Crystal Cable Car with a glass bottom. There are stretches where you’re 3000ft up and being held by a cable and the wind blowing you side to side was not an easy feeling. I’m not particularly keen on heights but knew this was a must do

    Final pocket dump, $7340

Like a moron, I took it all to DC for my “work” trip. Went down 7A to grab a coffee and the cashier wasn’t there so they couldn’t open. Didn’t know that you had to be assigned that duty, but whatever. Had about $700 on my person and decided to give it a go, broke even on 88 Fortunes, then lost it all in 8 mins on Dragon Link. By this time 7:50 the fuck face cashier was there, however the casino entrance wasn’t opened so I had to walk about .5 miles to get to the District entrance, got my coffee SSS and off to “work”. Came back about 2P determined to wreck shit. Grabbed $1500 and headed out to reclaim things. Started on 88 fortunes 3-reel bc I’m a glutton for punishment, but got the bonus and the $938 Major so I’ve now erased the losses.

Pretty drunk and still jet lagged as shit, I decide to hit the craps table. Good move! In for, fuck if I know, but out for a back pocket overflowing with $100 chips. Counted up and up another $3600, moved my flight to noon and got the hell on out. Pocket dump is now up to about $12k, all from some Cherokee FP. The End.

Look for me on the floor on Thursday and Friday night at Cherokee. I’ll be dealing BJ (probably). ‘Gregg’ on the name tag. Glad you’ve had some success.

Yes, the BJ rules and conditions are pretty good: H17, DAS, all 6-deck shoes, and the penetration is decent (1 to 1.5 decks) if that matters. The only 6:5 is in the $10 limit Party Pit on Friday and Saturday night. Three 2-deck pitch games in the High Limits ($50 or $100).

The place IS enormous! 81 BJ tables, 11 Bacc, 10 Roulette, 10 Craps tables, and 30 carnival games. Over 4000 slot machines.

I’m baffled. I work there as a dealer but totally want you guys to win, regardless of the game. I thought it would be nice to meet someone face to face from the message board, that’s all.

Maybe the subtext is over my head...
