Booked something called a Studio Panoramic Suite as I got a great rate for what looks like an amazing room. It mentions something about Private Lounge Check-in. Where is this check-in area located?

I know the tower suite has a lounge near the cafe. So I assume that's what your reservation is referring to.

@UKFanatic You're thinking of the Resort Club lounge. The Tower Suites lounge (which is the one @JR Swift gets with their reservation) is next to the bell desk. If you're standing in the main lobby facing away from registration-- the lobby bar is on the right, the entrance to the casino floor is in the middle, and TSL is on the left.

Thanks for the feedback. Actually it was easy to find, the lounge was nice and the customer service was excellent all around. Room was an absolute bargain at the price I paid and such amazing views, particularly on the 53rd floor.

So glad you loved it JR! I am only a mid roller, but for some reason, Aria has consistently treated us the best out of all mlife hotels, even though I shouldn't even be on their radar. (Always have a comped standard room or often even a corner suite/tower suite.)

One my ONE trip where I was in the black, the tablet fell off the bed and cracked. Since I reported it, they waived the repair fee, even though they made nothing on my trip. Total CLASS act, and absolutely unexpected, as I was prepared to pay for the damages.

I love, love, love Aria, and I am so happy you had a great experience too!

I want to know your trick... I only have a pearl tier, do you need to advance to gold to get better offers?

HI @NotSinatrasHand ! Great question. Offers have nothing to do with tier, they're all driven by gaming.

I get better offers than I probably should. I tried Aria out years ago, put some play in, and got a teaser offer. I thought it wouldn't last, but they've taken great care of me over the years. I don't get backend comps, but I'm thrilled just getting strong Corp offers there.

Don't focus on tier at Mlife. Just play your normal amount and have fun.

Also, remember the mlife site can be glitchy. You can also check offers on individual sites. (Aria, etc.) With mlife, just know they are slow on processing prior play to an offer, it can be months unlike CET. Good luck!

    Hi @Multifarious5
Thanks for the information! I usually play at other properties like Cosmopolitan or CP and only play minimally at MGM properties. I guess I do better at the other properties. Anyway, I just called Aria to see if I can get an upgrade to a corner suite (told them I misplaced my email offer to upgrade), but because I was staying there with a promotion that they can't offer me the upgrade until I show up in person. and it's all dependent on the availability of the suites...

Oh well I guess you win some, you lose some. :)

Good for you for calling @sinnerman ! If you want an upgrade, I would watch your email. Sometimes they'll send an "upgrade to a corner suite for $75 a night" email. If you get it, and are OK with the price, book it, at its always been much more at check-in.

I hope you have fun at Aria though!!!!! The reg rooms are great too. If you haven't stayed there, I'd almost opt to start in a reg room and move up on a future trip. It's always easier/more fun to move up than down :)
