I have seen a few posts where people who should know what they're talking about say the quote they got from a box man at CET clearly included odds. Now, I'll maintain that I think the box enters your odds in a separate bucket, so they shouldn't get counted as part of your theo for comps. If the DON'T do that, they're nuts. But anyways...

You said you played 2/3rds craps and 1/3rd BJ. To come up with a "blended" H.A. for that, I just used a weighted average.

( (2 * .014 craps HA) + (1 * .005 BJ HA) ), divided by 3. That comes out to .011, or 1.1% You (or your host) only mentioned one average bet number ($142). So I applied the $142 average to both games and my calcs were based on a $142 average for every hand for both games.

The top comp calc line was based on 60 hands/hr and the 2nd line was based on 100 hands an hour, since we don't really know what they use. 60 and 100 seems like reasonable lower and upper bounds for both games. Just to show the range. Both lines use the blended HA of 1.1% and assume you played every hand of both games at $142.

If your average bet was higher on craps than it was on BJ, then your total theo and comp value would be higher. The bigger the spread between your craps average and your BJ average, the more comp value you'd be generating.

As for FP, I'm pretty sure I saw KS from Cosmo mention it once, but I can't remember exactly what he said. But on slots, the EV should be 90%-ish - it's just easier to use the full face value. I mean, if I was the casino, I'd count the full value.

The EV of $150 of FP is $150 x the return of the game you play (assuming it's only washed once). $75 is for matchplay bets only (use and always lose promo chips).

And as far as I know they value most food comp near retail. Room rates will not quite be rack.

And will they adjust comps based on the speed of the game? They can... but i wouldn't count on it in practice.

Yes, my bad saying the EV of FP was 50%.
