I'm the same way with my misses. I plan it out to perfection. All she needs to do is pick out her outfits.

Where you going to eat this trip? Make an effort to go to one Wynncore establishment, you won't regret it. Here's where I have reservations:
    - Lakeside (dinner)
    - La Cave (brunch)
    - Costa Di Mare (dinner)
    - Sinatra (dinner)
    - Buffet

I have only eaten at Lakeside and La Cave before. But, La Cave was for dinner versus brunch. I have never been disappointed with the food at Wynncore so I figure I'll try some new places. SW and Mizumi are next on my list.

I haven’t really thought about where to eat at Wynn. Neither of us are really foodies, and well, I’m (dare I say) cheap that I have a hard time bringing myself to spend over $100+ for a meal for the two of us.

That being said, I am using some freebies/comps I have from other games so this trip is going to be as close to free as I can get it. Plans are to use a B1G1 dinner at Aria buffet, Going to also use $50 food credit at Binion’s Cafe, and $50 food credit at Benny’s BBQ for our trek downtown. Planning to have lunch, probably Saturday, at Ocean One Grille. I know that leaves a lot of other mealtimes open, but we typically will have 2 meals a day in Vegas.

If you gamble enough, you can earn a comp at the Wynn buffet. I'm not much of a buffet guy and am actually ditching most of my free meals to dine at the restaurants at Wynncore. lol, I just like eating what I want.

Would rather give them to you since I won't be using it.

So full price meals it is at Wynn since I don’t gamble enough and the wife doesn’t gamble at all. Last trip to Vegas wife spent a whopping $20 I believe on slots in 3 days.

Last trip out I found some hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant that was phenomenal and open 24 hours. Couldn’t find them when I looked online for them this past week so assuming they are not there any longer. I’m all for trying new places to eat, as long as I like what is on the menu.

Across the street at VP, there are many frugal options that are exceedingly delicious (check out their food court). The cheapest places at Wynn are Urth, Goodies on Demand, and Charlie's...but by normal standards, they're overpriced for what you get. They're good, but even I think they're a bit overpriced. Hence I just go the full enchilada with the 5-star meals. Allegro and Wazuzu are reasonable.

The countdown is on and this will no doubt be the longest 48 hours of the last 6 months! Ready to get to town and enjoy some relaxation and a lot of good times.

I know that @spdandpwr is already a go for the meet for Monday. What about the rest of you?
    @Patman @TRM @JennaGambles @biccode @Kachow @miss_sonja @subafrk and anyone else that is out there lurking?

I will be doing my first TR so there’s a good chance you will get a mention in the report - especially if we have a gambling session that nets us a win!

I'll be in Vegas for Memorial Day weekend, but, I fly out around noon on Monday, so can't make this meet-up. Hope you all have fun and have good luck!

Yeah, if it's just us, are you okay with pushing it to 4pm? That way I can take a shower after the pool? I have dinner at Sinatra at 8pm :)

If it’s just us, anytime works for me. You will probably find me holding down the rail at a craps table from late Sunday night/early Monday morning. I’m one of those guys people walk past and say “He’s still there?”

HAHA, there are CRAPS lessons that I may try to get in on at 11am on Monday. I'm envious that you'll be there before me. If anything, shoot me a PM...I'd be okay with meeting earlier in the weekend (since I'm there on Friday too) to hit the tables. I need to average 150 a hand.

I’ve never taken the intro class lessons since I learned the game from my dad. The one thing that is nice (or so I’ve heard about the lessons) is that some casinos have the “students” learn at an empty table and then will open the table up with you before any other players can join.

The crew will usually show you simple betting techniques and payouts. You can make the game as complex as you want as there are so many ways to bet (and none that are wrong if you ask me). Some of the fun is just watching other people bet.

I’m sorry we won’t be there for the Memorial day meet up but I hope you all start posting pictures and TR’s of your shenanigans soon. May you all have a lot of fun and winning trips.

Tomorrow will bring us to our single digit countdown. Can’t wait!

360 Vegas Vacation is on this weekend. I'm hoping to find my favourite podcasters, Mark & Dr. Mike at the craps tables. I think they usually are at Harrah's.

    Anyone doing the 360 events?

I've got Carrot Top on Sunday and Zumanity on Tuesday. Hoping to book Absinthe on Monday night....
