You know there is no United Club at JFK, right? The terminal 7 United Club closed years ago. The good United lounges are over at EWR.

What are your travel plans (i.e. what terminal will you be in)? Start there and go to priority pass and loungebuddy to figure out what your best options are.

In checking eBay... it looks like these go for around $30 each.

But, if you are trying to use them in a club that does not exisit... well.... does not matter. LOL!

Looks like Alaska and BA have a lounge in that terminal.

    You should:

    - Go look at Flyertalk to see what lounges are options for you based upon your flights (if you're on that nonstop Delta, it looks like you arrive from the UK in T4 and the JFK to LAS flight generally leaves from T2). T2 doesn't have many lounges (only the SkyClub, which no longer offers single visit passes) so you may have to look for other options inside of security that work for you
    - Figure out which ones allow one time passes
    - Buy/trade for those passes

This assumes you have no sort of status that would grant you access to a lounge in T4, or a credit card that would do so.

Personally...you are going to have to do some legwork here.

And UA/Chase have done away with the physical United Club passes they used to give away to credit card holders. They're now issued via email.
