I don't remember seeing Big Bang slots here. The area where they used to be are filled with Buffalo and a new Jackpot Party bank of slots.
I'll take a better look today. :hmmm:

I love the alcohol to coke ratio in the picture. Cool bear.

Hubster, sans coffee: @Astribling - The main difference between Boulevard and Chelsea Towers is the height and view down the Strip. If you snag a Fountain view in Chelsea and you already know what the Strip looks like, take the Chelsea. Less demand makes for cheaper rooms.

@Rodent Pack - No. The bell tower is literally right outside our window. We don't mind, actually, because what it blocks we don't want to look at anyway. We can still see the fountains and the Eiffel Tower, and that's what counts. We kinda like the bells, since they don't start until 9am and end about 12 hours later.

They have torn up Bond Bar and the area outside of The Henry. Now it’s The Barbershop Cuts and Cocktails. Black construction curtains everywhere. To find The Flintstones, follow the curtain back into the corner where nobody can see you. There is a bank of three machines, right opposite a bank of male country singer who I am blanking on (edit: Blake Shelton). No more Big Bang machines in evidence. Every 007 machine in stock, and all pretty active. I don't like Daniel Craig, so I spent my time with Sean and Pierce playing Thunderball and Tomorrow Never Dies. Nice bonuses and lots of movie scenes to watch.

Yeah, yesterday started out brutal. I was in full Griswold mode until the sun went down, when things turned around a bit. Luckily the spousal unit more than made up for my lack of luck. Things started to turn around when I got triple-served playing Tarzan. The CW brought the drink I ordered, looked around and asked if anybody with me ordered a Long Island Iced Tea or a Strawberry Daiquiri. I answered to the negative, so she shrugged and said "You want them? I hate wasting drinks." I agreed, tipped her on the new order, then looked like a raging alcoholic for the rest of my stint at those machines. Had a good run on The Flintstones and then took down The Hangover for a few hundy. Not enough to totally erase the earlier losses, but it stopped the bleeding for a bit. Today it will be breaking of fast at The Henry followed by massive winnings and hand-pays. I'm staying away from the new GoT machine because Princess Dragon-Titties doesn't like me enough to ever give me any bonuses.

Holy shit, what a run! I may have to try the Flinstones slots! I tried it at Valley View out here and it sucked - maybe I'll have better luck in Vegas?

Ahhhhhh catssssss! My catssss! They are so fuckin' fun! :D Way to go!

I'll have to tell you all the names I came up with for the cats. :D Except for the Persian - can't remember what I called him..... something-something-fluffy-pants.

And here I thought I was alone in my special kind of challenged in finding my way actually into an elevator in Cosmo. And when I go out the room door, whichever way is longer to the elevator is the one I'm going to take and I'm still probably going to go around a couple times looking for the elevator. :haha: I guess I'm easily distracted. And, yeah, :drunk:

Can I just say that I specifically requested the Chelsea tower (is that right?) because the elevators drop right by the Wicked Spoon? :feedme: Who wants to walk a bajillion miles for breakfast? Not me, not me. :wiggle:

I bet one of your hand crafted stiff drinks would outdo all three of those. Can't wait for another one of your Manhattans at Xmas!!!:beer::beer::beer::beer:

loving the TR so far! With that, isn't Wynncore your usual watering hole? I ask as I'm looking for perspective on how you feel on the relative differences between them? Do you see yourself switching? I find Wynncore to be a more relaxing experience though I've never officially stayed at the Cosmo...well, until this trip kicks off in a week.

Great TR. Hipster overload; now there's a reason to find new digs right there.

Fantastic room. It wouldn't be a trip to the motherland with some sort of toe injury for me. Glad I'm not alone in that.

    Keep em comin!

I’m with you on Chelsea for a different reason. It’s so damn much quieter than Blvd for sleeping. Plus it’s so close to grabbing an Uber. Two trips in a row we ended up in a Blvd 1BR on the 52nd floor. Best view of the fountains we’ve had, but the darn nightclub and street music goes on until 3 or 4 in the morning, sounds like their playing on our terrace..

Our host knows we prefer Chelsea, but she thinks she’s doing us a favor with the Blvd. Next time if she forgets again, we will switch at checkin lol.

@spdandpwr, We switch off among the Wynn, Palazzo and Cosmo properties depending on what kind of a stay we’re looking for. This time it’s just getting out of town and checking out the new slots.
No high-end dining, spa/pools or shows.
Palazzo and Wynn properties are those we gravitate toward for those things.
Cosmo is fun but I wouldn’t call it relaxing...though I understand why others like staying here on vacations.

Update, @Syringe Monkey, The only Big Bang slot we have seen at Cosmo is the GIANT two seater type.
Haven’t seen any of the other versions.
