Hey guys, for those of you that are Platium and Gold at the Cosmo, email [email protected]

And let them know you would like to see a Platium and Gold line for the casino cashier, and some food outlets. Cosmo is the only hotel on the strip that doesn’t offer these simple comps to high end status customers.

I emailed them and they responded that they will forward this to the Identity management and the more people who email and say they would like to see this, the better.

Don't think it's really feasible at any food outlet, except Wicked Spoon where it already exists. Very limited counter/register space at most places.

Also not really feasible for the cashier, based on its location right next to a walkway. They couldn't put up ropes like they have @ other casinos. Maybe a sign above an individual cashier. Would that be sufficient?

Gold line at Egg Slut would be great. Haha.

    I’d settle for cashier line.

Personally, I've never waited in a cashier's line for any significant time. Where I've waited and I'm Platinum is at the Identity desk. That thing is always got somebody in line - even in the "bow to me I am top-tier" line.

Otherwise, can't complain much about waiting.

Something for Egg Slut and Secret Pizza would be nice. There's usually long lines for those 2 places.

Personally, I don't care about tier lines at the cage or restaurants, probably because I'm not usually there when either is busy. Cosmo should put up something to form a queue at the cage, there's plenty of room. You don't need a long twisty path, just a single section or two of "rope" and a sign that says please wait here to indicate where the line starts. All casinos should have queues at the cage.

As long as they keep the separate Marriot Rewards (Bonvoy) line, I’m good.

Do they really? Has this been confirmed? Do you just tell them when checking in?

I agree on the cage, they need to tighten that up. Cosmo doesn't seem to do much of anything for their table players, and that includes rating them correctly (or at all). But the rest, they do what most every place on the Strip does.

The Hotel has 3 levels of check-in. The common folks, the invited guests and the VIPs. Same with the player club, and the property owned buffet. They have all High Card lines. Asking for line cuts at Egg Slut (as an example) would be like expecting line cuts at McDonalds over at Luxor, where you are Noir. Mickey D's doesn't give a shit about that, much like Egg Slut. Most of the food outlets that have lines at Cosmo are Independently owned and operated. They don't care how much you lose in the casino. They arent owned by the casino.

Add in the physical space, which is limited at all of them, and I can see fist fights breaking out for those waiting an hour for a sandwich at Egg Slut or Milk, if a fancy player walked right up and took their spot in line. And why would the restaurant want to deal with that? They gain nothing more but ill will.

I cross the street, and I get line cuts at the Flamingo buffet (That CET owns and operates) but have to wait at Johnny Rockets. Its all the same on the Strip. Cosmo just has more independently run eateries than most.
