Before In n Out came to Texas, every trip to Vegas we HAD to have In n Out. Now that we have one in my town, we rarely eat at the one in Texas or Vegas. Go figure

We have whataburger and it used to be pretty good, something changed, the buns are usually cold and dry which ruins the burger (my opinion)....

Wait a minute now! I have a thing for See's! But, only the dark chocolates. They're not sold where I live so I can only get them when I go West, like Vegas, etc. I've tried Ethel M's but it just doesn't do it for my taste. I usually stop at one of the little stores in the airport after I land and pick up a box. Sometimes, I even have some left to take home!

Try Ethel M's cream filled liqueurs. They don't have them at Sees!
Ethel has changed a couple of times (at least) over the last 25 years, but their cream filled candies are must haves for us.

No where near the secret it used to be. If I recall correctly eating inside used to not even be an option

Las Vegas's Daily Diet of 60,000 Pounds of Shrimp. That figure comes from Rick Moonen, the chef at RM Seafood in Las Vegas who has a passion for sustainable fish. He mentioned that Las Vegas's daily consumption of 60,000 pounds per day is more than the rest of the nation combined.

I am in the seafood business. I own a small fleet of shrimp boats that operate in the Gulf of Mexico. We have 3 boats that are ice boats, they use ice instead of freezers, and go out for 3 days max. 100% of my fresh never frozen shrimp and 80% of my IQF goes to a wholesaler in Las Vegas. That's 45,000 lbs of shrimp every week and I'm certain I'm not the only fisherman that they buy from down here.

60,000lbs a day is not a lot at all compared to everything we do with shrimp here, it comes in fresh off the boat and get severed in hundreds of restaurants daily as well as personal boils. 4-5lbs boiled per person on top of poboys and everything else we do... a lot of stuff doesnt get recorded on the books either if you meet them at the dock, cash sale or like a late friend, he would go shrimping almost everyday after he retired, come home with 15 55gallon ice chest full of shrimp and sell them from his house.

like BLM said up top, most goes in the trash or to the pig farms

I guess fancy buffets. No way you'd catch me at Golden Corral at home.

They are a la carte now - at least they were when I went in November. The burger prices stayed the same, but now I had to pay extra for fries.
