I'm sure this has been discussed, but it's been a while and I can't find it. Has anyone who gained or regained their Diamond status lately, noticed how long it's now taking for the Diamond Dinner to show up in their account? I ask because I'm hoping to have it to use in April for our vacation, and after the Feb credits posting, I am now close. We will be there for a week. So if I hit Diamond on the first day will I have time to use it? Or is it still taking 7-10 days to actually show up. TIA!
The first time I made Diamond I went to the TR desk the next morning, after the points updated online, and they gave me the paper coupon. I don’t know with it now going directly to the player card, but it’s worth a check at TR. Have a great trip!
I never have actually been able to look online and see it in my account. I think once they sent an email when I got it. Usually I just have to go ask.
Oh okay, thanks. I did the Wyndham to CR match and it took about 5 days to show on my account. That was a bit longer than the others. If you earned Diamond you'd think it'd show up right away.
Last Nov I hit diamond mid-trip and went to TR desk at PH to get my updated card. When I asked about the dinner I was told it would take 2 weeeks to show up before I could use it.
We were at Bally's 2 weeks ago and they still printed the voucher for us to use at the Sterling Brunch.
