We play bingo at the casinos near home. Played 1 game at South Point & wasn’t terribly impressed. Anyone have info on bingo at other casinos in Vegas?

My wife and I just came back in February. We both really enjoyed the Plaza Bingo. I think we spent $400 and won $900 roughly. Nice, two drinks and not too crowded.

I always liked bingo at Green Valley Ranch. They have different events so you can do the traditional electronic way or wait for their hyped up events. I choose traditional available most of the time.

I’ve played bingo at both Gold Coast and Plaza. Haven’t played at South Point, but I suspect it’s fairly similar to Gold Coast and Plaza. Older machines, low payouts, confusing buyin packages. If you’re used to high stakes bingo at your local casino, bingo in Vegas will probably be a letdown unless it’s a special session. Still worth it for me but that’s because I like playing bingo.

Last trip I played my first ever session of bingo at Jerry's Nugget in North Las Vegas. The scent of desperation (and cheap cigarettes) hung thick in the air, but I unexpectedly had a blast. I'll be back next week to do it again.

Regular bingo at south point is my least favourite. Their events are my favourite by far haha. Regular bingo is busy, slow, kinda boring and the drink service is terrible. None of those apply to the events.

Red Rock is a nice room but far from the strip.

Palace Station is redone and is very nice, close to the strip, good drinks and enclosed smoking room. Palace station is my favourite right now.

I’ve won at Gold Coast and regular bingo was fun there. Not too busy any time I went but I hate boyd now, so I don’t go. Nothing to do with their bingo room etc so if the pots are high, do it lol
Jerry nugget is a freaking blast. Super friendly. Wasn’t busy when I was there. Won often, but small amounts, but didn’t care. It’s a bit far for me since I stay at Cosmo but I will get back there some day.

That’s everywhere I’ve been for regular bingo. I’m doing green valley ranch for a day in April. Hubby has a friend who lives in that neibourhood. I’m excited for that.

I played at the Plaza in January. Their machines are new and I thought very easy to navigate. Games were well organized and the time went quickly.

Our favorite Bingo Hall is the Santa Fe Station it has been upgraded like the Palace Station but we win more at Santa Fe also like the Plaza good payouts nice room, Arizona Charlies Decatur nice room and 24 hr bingo, enjoyed the bingo at Rampart nice room good pay outs, Suncoast nice room older locals crowd liked the room will go back, Cannery is ok we like it. Red Rock nice large room, Alliante nice room paper only if I remember right. Don't like South Point, Gold Coast, Eldorado, Poker Palace, Fiesta Henderson, Fiesta Rancho, Sam's Town. Jerry's Nugget low payouts cheap buy in always have a great time bingoing at Jerry's Nugget some times have got more than 2 free drinks.

As Mr. Vegas said Aliante is the only paper only bingo room that I know of. Seems someone mentioned another but I havent verified.

I've talked about this before but will again since the topic came back up as far as how bingo works in vegas.
They all have different color packs. Blue Red Green Tan and Rainbows that have a mixture (though more blue)
The blue packs are the cheap packs but they also pay the least. The problem with the "computers" or automatic machines whatever you want to call them. Is the packages are heavy on the blue packs. They will even give you more blue packs for free for buying packages. So in the end about half your packs end up being blue packs that pay 40-60 a game depending on the location. By the time you buy couple of large rainbows etc you pay around that. So you just break even if you bingo once on a blue pack and most likely that's what you will bingo on because again your computer and everyone elses is full of blue packs. So you think I'll just play the green and reds since you have to buy rainbows to usually get the tan that pay really well. But there is a room of people who bought a bunch of blue packs competing against you. In the end you end up competing aginst yourself for the cheap payout of the blue packs.
This is why I prefer Aliante. You can play a double green pack and actually have a chance at nice payout. Others may be playing the cheap blue. but they can only play so many since its paper only.

Aliante advertised they are the only paper only room in las vegas. I think the other one which i cant recall that was mentioned was in Henderson maybe so they got tricky with the wording on the advertisement.

I love Jerry’s Nugget, very few people there so easy to win. Gold Coast at 9am and 11pm is also brilliant. I don’t like the places that are packed as no matter how much you spend it’s very difficult to win anything. We always spend more when there are less people there. It works out most of the time.

What time did you play at SP? It is our favourite place.

Bingo in Las Vegas has a strategy that you MUST employ to be successful in the long run. It is a simple one like Texas holdem is a simple game. You have to follow the money.

You need to play the right sessions, take advantage of the right bonus offers and play at the right hall.

For example. The 11am session at Arizona Charlies has a Final Cover-All that pays 1000, that is nice but what makes this session great is that there is a 2nd and 3rd chance cover all and they also pay $1k. That improves your EV tremendously. Play Monday to Wednesday for lower crowds to improve you chances to win and to win without a split pot.

7pm Plaza has a 2x pay on the 1st game of each page. That turned my last win there from $120 to $240. Nice. M-W again is the best time to play.

Southpoint at 1am is our always play session. The final coverall is $500 with a 2nd chance but some days there are only 30 players. I won two nights in a row there once while asleep. I was not dabbing that session. SP also has bonus cards if you hit a spend threshold and every other session another bonus rainbow. Free money! SP alos has a bonus ball that pays an addition at $250 if you bingo on the next number in addition to the cash ball.

The tournaments look fun but every pot is won very early and is almost always a split pot. I suppose splitting 20k 5 or even 10 ways is ok but there us a deflation of value for me.

I play at Plaza. I think they are well-organized and easy to navigate. They have a game every two hours beginning at 11 am. (Free donuts at this session)

I never realized there was so much bingo available. In close to 25 years worth of Vegas trips I think I’ve only noticed bingo a few times. Makes me think what else am I missing.

It seems like machines win more because you can buy in for hundreds of dollars rather than a single paper pack.
