No, you cannot use the remaining amount as a tip. Last April and October we redeemed for food at the deli or cafe and it’s best to spend the full amount, for two of us at the cafe $25 was perfect, at the deli $15 was good, any more than that you were just giving them the extra amount remaining.

 

All good information from everyone!....does the steakhouse giftcard involve drinks too or it's all food? I'm going with my buddies and may have one cover drinks and tips if I cover food to be safe

It likely disconnected. If you linked it to Facebook, just delete the app and re-download it. When you re-connect it to Facebook, your coins and level should go back to what it was.

Looks like your were logged into a new guest account created as the result of a Facebook logout condition or sometimes happening after an iOS upgrade to 12.
We have found that it happens more often if you use the app on multiple devices or run multiple Accounts on the same device.

I have located your original account and reconnected it to your Facebook account! I have some advice that seems to help with the phantom new Guest accounts:

1) After you stop playing the game, completely close the app. Since not all users don't know how to do this, following is a guide:
a) On an iPhone X or later, from the Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen.
i) Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
ii) Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
b) For other devices, you can refer to this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330

2) Ensure you have a solid Wifi connection when you are logging back into your account.
3) If you are having problems, don't uninstall the app. Instead, contact us.

 

Hi! I downloaded the app about four days ago and it’s much more confusing to me than MyVEGAS. I crept this thread a little but didn’t really see anyone answering my question so sorry if this has already been discussed.

Like I said, I’ve played for about four days now and haven’t earned a single silver hat. How do you earn them? Do you have to spend money? Or is it possible to earn without spending money. What am I doing wrong?

 

You can earn hats in 3 ways:
1. Do the bonus on the bottom right 3 times in 1 day and you will get 10 hats.
2. Watch the bonus video on the bottom left of the screen and then play, you will earn about 3-4 hats per video watched.
3. Buy chips.

 

Always play your money down to nothing after collecting the chips from watching the ad videos

 

I am having trouble with app crashing now after getting a new iphone. When I click on double double bonus poker it crashes the app. If I want to view rewards or view videos or question of the day, no problem but playing VP is a no go. Anyone else having problems?

 

I had that problem for about 6 months once. It eventually started working again. I think it happened after a google up date one night.

 

I can't seem to find a way to download this onto my desktop to play, no problem on my tablet etc. is there a trick to it or does the app only work on mobile devices?

Do you think I will have any issue trying to redeem my hats (16000) for a 1 night suite at 4 queens? 16,000hats should be a $200 room vochure

 

From what I've gathered there should be no issue using multiple rewards even if they weren't all earned by the same person.

 

I can confirm this, I just did it last month. There is no limit, I redeemed $1,000 worth of certificates at once for 6 nights in a Regal Suite.

 

Hadn’t opened the app for a few weeks so I got my 250K chips for question of the day and what not. Was going to quickly burn through the chips to earn the hits at 50K spins....hit a huge bonus for a few million. Then did all of this.....











Turned 250,000 into 446,000,000 in just a few minutes. Now it’s going to take forever to run through all of these!

And no I have not made any purchases.
