What’s going on with Boyd’s offers

I log in, but I also get snail mail most of the time.

 

I also log in to check for offers, since they usually post a few weeks before I get the mailer.

 

Ditto.

I only care about my offers when I am planning a trip, and then I get so impatient that I check the site daily until my offers are posted.

 

So do you get the comp offers here? Under room offers?




Mine don't say anything about comps, I only see the comp offers when I click on the special discounts and put in a date.

Just checked, no rewards or cash offers or comps for me.

 

A few months ago Boyds notified me of comped rooms in May at the Orleans. I was all over it and checked online. Nothing. Nada.
I kept checking and then gave up … until two days ago when I checked for giggles and comped rooms were available. All I can say, keep checking.

 

No joke! I was horribly disappointed (okay, royally pissed off) when I didn't have anything in early Feb. and wrote about it (#3) in this thread. After seeing your post this morning I checked again and what do you know, my free offers are back! Time to think about a trip, and thanks for the heads-up!

 

Just got sent this from Marketing Dept of Boyd Gaming, when i enquired about lack of offers.
(Because of the “GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) law that was passed by the European Union, we are unable to send you offers.)

just today, I received May/June via snail mail, but it has been available online for a few weeks.

 

I think they have a glitch in the online booking. A couple of days ago I was trying to book my 3 free nites and nothing would show so I just kept signing in and out and after the third try my months came up as all comped.

 

My room offers are there but when you try to book online is says they are not available. Probably due to the 01/01/01 expiration pictured in mjames post. I guess it will take a phone call.

 

I think it was @Nevyn who created a thread awhile back on the "2 night comp" thing with Boyd calendar bookings through your bconnected account... those are the only comps available to me from Boyd, but hey - still works! No resort fee & no room charges, so I'm good!
I don't know if it's a glitch or by design, but I could've booked two-night comps at any of the Boyd Las Vegas properties for my upcoming trip.
Amazingly, it let me book two nights at the Cal & two at MSS immediately following that.
Hopefully, that won't get me in trouble with Boyd.

 

It still works for you? Stopped working for me a month later.

But now I'm getting some legit weekday comp offers from Boyd so doesn't matter to me.

 

Just wanted to report that our July/August room offers for MSS/CAL just showed up on Bconnected today. Same as previous offers. Did check the website calendar and the dates did show as comped.

 

We booked a March trip online and received 2 nites at the Cal and 2 at MSS. Had no problems. Wanted to book for October so called the host on duty, and booked 3 nites at the Cal for Columbus day weekend comped with no problems. My wife just made sapphire and I also am sapphire. So probably all it takes is a call to a host to get what you want.
