Senseless ploy for me to recommend Mabel's to people whom never tried it here in Cleveland which I imagine is anyone who reading this. Ive been there several times and its an absolutely fantastic experience. People sometimes ask recommendations of the best BBQ on the Strip however I know its hard for people want to leave their comfort area to try something off-Strip. Here is a article written by the Cleveland Scene Magazine

We tried Mabel’s on Saturday 12/22, a couple days after the grand opening. I’m a huge Michael Symon fan and had a major fan girl moment when he came over to say hi!! I had asked our waitress if he was still around, and she wasn’t sure if he left to go home for Christmas yet. He was gracious enough to come over to say hi after our waitress told him I was a huge fan. He even gave my 7 yr old son a Mabel’s BBQ hat.

We tried the brisket and chicken, which were both excellent. My husband especially liked the brisket. We’ll definitely plan to go again on subsequent Vegas trips.

Husband is a big Michael Symon fan and he's been talking about wanting to try out the place in March.
I'll point him toward the write-up. Thanks for posting the review, @mdm4sfest .

Think we'll give this a shot in a couple weeks.

    I love good brisket.

Been to the one in Cleveland once. More like a Texas smokehouse. If your looking for something with a good sauce. You may be disappointed. They do have a house green Carolina sauce in a bottle. I didn't care for.

Real BBQ doesn't need sauce. Just sayin'.
