Can definitely add my weight behind this. Always my go too breakfast spot, short walk from Caesars and great spot at the bar.

If you want the best pancakes, go to the Suncoast and eat at Dupars. Good omelettes there, too.

Dupars at Suncoast for the best lightest pancakes and they're huge. Also home made jelly and freshly squeezed oranges for your juice. Everything is very good.

Hash House A Go Go. There's one in the link... To be honest it's usually what i recommend for any breakfast, but i can't judge it strictly on their French Toast... Also the lines are super long usually

I am going to get thrashed by most people, but I love the French toast at Ellis Island. Made with wheat berry bread...yum.

Nothing fancy but we enjoyed 2 breakfasts at America in NY NY. Good food and decent pricing.

This might be the unorthodox answer from the norm, but PBR Rock Bar & Grill (in front of Planet Hollywood) has excellent breakfast and they are usually pretty quick. Check out the all day breakfast menu https://www.pbrrockbar.com/menu

The Peppermill has become our first stop for Breakfast when we get to Vegas each time. The food is great and the service can't be beat. Highly recommend!!

I loved Society Cafe as well.

I would highly recommend Mon Ami Gabi but it has to be late enough during the weekend (starting at noon) so that you can catch the fountain show too. Brunch starting at say 11 or 11:30 am would be perfect. If you want to have breakfast early (so no fountain show) it still is a wonderful place to dine outside, people watch and take in the sunshine and fresh air while dining.

I'm curious about Black Bear Diner. Its been on our list of places to try but we end up passing. Seems reviews are hit and miss. Not quite on Battista's level but seems some love it and some hate it. I presume breakfast is better than dinner options?

Black Bear Diner has the best "regular" pancakes in town.
    • Yes I've had DuPar's
    • Yes I know Dupar's is exiled to Suncoast
    • Yes BabyStacks Cafe (another favorite of mine) has many varieties of pancakes
    • Black Bear wins any and all tie-breakers due to their hot Italian sausage patties
