The Caesars rewards free show ticket alotment was gone. Remember alot of Diamond that goes to Vegas frequently have the opportunity to get them on the 1st of the month so all of the free tickets were already given out, there were none til mid-February we were told.
Any ideas on the availability of Wayne Newton tickets? I'll be out there at the end of March. I assume there's no way to do this in advance and I have to wait until we're out there?
Appears they took Tape Face off the list. Was on the list the previous weekend, but no tix available.
Yes, you have to wait until you're out there to redeem. Not sure of Wayne Newtown, if the show times/dates are the same month to month. But for some shows, be advised, the dates/times may shift a little time to time.
YMMV, but last June when Newton was at Bally's, I landed on a Monday morning and was in line at the ticket office at 10:00 AM sharp looking for tickets for that night (my only available evening in which he was performing) and they had no tickets available. Don't know if that was a one-off or if his show was that popular. It also may be different at his current venue... I don't know if they have more or less allotted Diamond seats.
Thanks. I'm figuring I'll be out of luck due to him just recently moving back to Caesars, making it more of a premium show in the eyes of CET.
When Wayne Newton was at Ballys last year, I believe he was using the same small room they use for the X Rocks show. That room only had about 150 seats, roughly. Very small venue for a musical performance. I'd guess whatever venue at Caesars they have him in now is probably a little bigger.
I think Wayne is playing at Cleopatra's Barge, if I recall correctly from my trip two weeks ago. A fair amount of alcohol and a few edibles were consumed during my stay. I could be wrong.
Is there a similar list for the 2019 diamond celebration dinner restaurants? I see the Caesars website still has last year's list up. Maybe that means they are the same?
The list looks to be accurate. It hasn't really changed much, maybe an add/remove every so often. I tend to try new restaurants each time so I always checked with TR/CR desk prior to using at a restaurant or contact the venue first to see if they accept. Better safe than sorry.
Thanks! TR diamond is all new to me, thanks to the Wyndham match. Haven't been in a Caesar's property since they started charging for parking! Found some good info on the links here though and am planning for the celebration dinner and hoping to catch a free show next month if tickets are still available when we arrive but being later in March sounds like they may not have many options left.
