I will be staying at palazzo and want to hit total wine either directly from airport or Uber/Lyft bus.

And tried to go directly from the airport? Also I wanted to ask if they have liquor at the total wine? I live in the south and all our total wine has here is beer and wine.

There are no laws forbidding liquor from being sold in Nevada stores with a liquor license. Total Wine in Vegas will have beer, wine, and liquor at fair prices.

I can't really answer the other part of your question. :( We drove to it with our own rental car last trip.

They will have whatever you want. Lee's Liquors has more locations, easier in and out than Total Wine and about the same selection with comparable pricing. I would vote for Lee's.

    Good Luck!

There is a Total Wine near the airport in the Town Square plaza (6885 S Las Vegas Blvd). It’s a little out of the way if you’re going to the Strip (you have to take the tunnel to get there) but if you’re so inclined you can place your order online and they will have it ready to pick up when you arrive. I’ve done this on several past trips and it works out nicely.

And, as an alternative, there is Walgreens right in front of Palazzo. No cab or uber needed. Prices a bit higher, but so easy to deal with.

But selections are far far far more limited.

I get a rental car, so that overrated Total Wine is convenient for me to access after picking up the car. Still cheaper than booze in the casino shops.

On a simple comparison of stuff we buy/drink, our Total Wines beats other retailers on craft beers and comparing wine prices to what we get as members of a number of wineries, those prices are on par with member pricing (on brands TW carries).
