Help! Won $500 to spend in slots including VP at ceasars in poker freeroll. I am a blackjack player first but 5 hands wasn't attractive. Opted for slots at Ceasars. Not sure what VP denom will be allowed. But I am a marginally active VP player mostly DDB but dueces sprinkled in. Love me some Super Times Pay or multi draw but comfy anywhere odds are best. Looking for expertise on best spot in Caesars only to do this via odds. Feel free to get mathy. I am happy to pull out or up cheat sheets. Has to happen today as I leave tomorrow AM. Thanks in advance VMB!

Cosmo has $.50 and $1 hundred play 9/6 JOB (99.54%) it sounds like. Low variance and you could stab a unicorn...one or two whacks and you're done or have a tax form.

I'd love to try it at Cosmo but it's a Ceasars only deal.

vpfree2 is a great resource. It depends on what denom youre looking for. If you don't give a shit about the points then cromwell has full pay on a few games in a well labelled bank by the front door. It's quarter denom and $50 in per trier point. Other than that you are looking at slim pickings for CET props. 8/5 DDB with STP can be found on the floor at all props I think. Harrahs still has a couple machines on the very end with 8/5 DDB STP if bar tops are what you're looking for. @tringlomane may be able to help as well

Not sure if you mean CET or Caesars Palace specific? Looking at CP the only decent DDB is at $50-$100 level

I do not mean CET. I mean Caesars only. I will try to change to CET I'd there's a better bet. But I doubt I can. And I'd prefer as low as $1 and get some actual time to play. So I suppose it's weighted odds to denom. Isn't it always? I'll hit up vpfree2.

Looks like I might just go for $1 SDDB, JOB, BP. Not fantastic but looking like best option. We shall see. Posting results here OK? Long time trip report lurker here.

I would go with 9/5 JOB at the dollar level. It's the second best dollar game available there, second only to SDDB. I'd much rather have the lower volatility and easier strategy of JOB than the extra 0.16% in expected return from SDDB.

If you're fine with higher stakes, full pay JOB is available at the $5 level, though that will greatly increase your volatility over $1 denom...

Caesars $5 bonus poker in high limit ish area. Look for 8/5/4. $25 a deal. They are not great for earning tier points, but good for washing 500 free play.

$1 SDDB(7/5) is my favorite game at Caesars... Have won over 20 handpays playing that game the last two years..Strategy is easy to learn.... Good luck...

Best machine I found in CP last Oct, in highlimit slots, turn right, go round the corner and down to the far end. I believe it will be explained on vp2free

    For 7/5 Super DDB
Break 2-4s full. Hold a kicker with trip face cards.

The full 7/5 Super DDB strategy looks like this.

    https://wizardofodds.com/games/video-poker/strategy/a-1-b-111-c-1-d-0-d-1-d-1-d-3-d-4-d-5-d-7-d-50-d-80-d-160-d-160-d-160-d-320-d-400-d-50-d-800/
    .
There is also 6/5 Super DDB available at several CET properties at quarters if you would want to grind out the FP more.

The extra changes you make at 6/5 are:
Break two pair with face cards.
    Break Kings-Jacks full.

The full 6/5 Super DDB strategy looks like this.

    https://wizardofodds.com/games/video-poker/strategy/a-1-b-111-c-1-d-0-d-1-d-1-d-3-d-4-d-5-d-6-d-50-d-80-d-160-d-160-d-160-d-320-d-400-d-50-d-800/

    Good luck!

Appreciate all the help! I ended up putting 420 through one of the SDDB and came out with around 275. Really uneventful. Lots of 3OAKs after draw but whiffed on like every flush, full house, etc. I did get dealt 3 4s once for a good sweat but whiffed. I had to save some for my guilty pleasure IMG_20190120_210513.jpg super times pay and put 80 through that, which yielded one solid win. Ended up around 380 out of the 500, which is fine.

Bummer you could not turn it into a winner, but at least you found 8/5 DDB STP for quarters there. Many quarter STP machines in the CET empire are 7/5.

They have 9/5 DDB both muli-play and single line. They are after the HL slot area and the cashier cage. If you stand directly facing the cashier cage then
do an about face walk to the VP machines near the Men's and Ladies rooms. There you will find various denomination VP machines.
