We are heading to Vegas early February for 5 nights and have been watching the numerous posts about dinning/food. We will be doing the status match ''Diamond'' at CET/TR from Mlife gold so will likely be getting each a 100$ celebration dinner (with resort fees waived and free parking).

We also have tickets for MJ One at MB and have a reservation at Charlie Palmer steak for their COTW.

Now for another evening, which one would you vote for? Beef wellington or Porterhouse for two from Gordon Ramsay or Porterhouse for two at BLT steak at Bally's. Right now, we are booked at Bally's (unless a better offer/rates comes around for another hotel).

Although it is not on your list, I strongly suggest the Ribcap at GR.

I picked Porterhouse in the poll, but can't disagree with LVBound. That's a damn good cut of beef...

Ribcap is amazing. Ate at GR Steak with a large group and we all tasted each other’s dishes. Everyone agreed ribcap was the best.

I wrote a thread a while back about our time at Hell's Kitchen and my wife and I both had the Beef Wellington. It was one of the best meals that we have ever had, so I would go with the beef wellington. I'm sure at Gordon Ramsay at Paris it will be as good if not better.

Had the ribcap in Oct at GR. Easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

    Ha!

I picked the Wellington @ GR, but only because the Ribcap wasn't an option :)

If you are okay with a lunch and want a deal, soup/salad, Beef Wellington with sides and Sticky Toffee pudding, Hell's Kitchen is open for lunch and has a three course meal for $62/person. Get that, add another item like the short rib, chicken scallopini or salmon and split everything to be at about $100 before tax and a tip. Alternatively, for dinner HK has the same for $80 yet you have the option to get scallops instead of soup/salad; if that's enough food, add a couple drinks and you'll be just over $100 before tax and tip. I like GR Steak's display but do not believe you get to see that if you pick the beef wellington. HK was in the running for one of Vegas's most beautiful restaurants.

I want to thank all of those who suggested the Rib Cap at GR. I've tried several steak houses in Vegas, but the Rib Cap I had this trip was not only amazing, but probably the best steak I've had the privilege to taste.
