I had a great experience at Nomad and found the quality of the kitchen to be better than the Nomad restaurant in NYC. Steak tartare was excellent. The famous roast chicken is not just any old roast chicken, either. It’s worth the money and hype. The special oyster appetizer is also fantastic (they come both hot and cold.)

Service was good, if a little robotic, nothing bad though. Wine list was good.

    What is new FGF?

I can’t wait to read some reviews of this place, especially that ‘roast chicken’ - sounds like it needs a fancier name.

John Curtas gave the Daniel Humm restaurant an incredible review.

No, actually, it's "Fantasy Girl Friend". It's a desirable but (for any number of reasons) unattainable lady friend who joins me for a meal.
