Not sure what the details are, but just came across this.

    https://onemileatatime.com/centurion-lounge-las-vegas-closing/

We always make it a point to go there for lunch and drinks before leaving town. (or breakfast and drinks).

Even if flying SW - we just go to airport early. Our last "freebie" before heading home.

Geez. I didn't even know about this lounge. Is it in whatever Terminal Jet Blue is in or the other one?

Hopefully it doesn't take as long as the DFW closure/location change. Being in Dallas, having the lounge in both DFW and LAS is a nice perk of the card.

I didn't know about it either. I have a business AMEX, but from looking at the list, what I have does not look like it qualifies.

I have a Platinum Card and try and maximize the benefits. I never noticed a lounge so never thought to look to see if there was one at the airport. I usually cut it close getting to the airport for departure so trekking to a different terminal pre-security would be a pain but I just read about the lounge online. Looks amazing.

Need to be Plat to use it. Well worth it to get out of the hotel on the last morning and hang out there. We have even watch a movie on the ipad together getting free drinks.

    Yea, we are sorry.

Since your post I've been obsessed with this lounge. I've never transferred to different gates at LAS. Looks like I can visit the lounge POST security with the "Red" tram. I was thinking I had to visit it pre-security, which would have been stressful. Thanks for the info.

Fortunately I've never faced that, even though it has been a challenge to find a spot to sit at times. I could imagine for a week like this past one for CES it could be an issue at certain times.

The centurion lounges are pretty nice.

Also especially if you don't check bags, you could always stop in on arrival and get your first comp at the airport.

PHL is my home centurion lounge and the LAS one seems huge to me compared to it.

You still have The Club right near there with priority pass while cent is closed. Not as good but something.

I wish they would enlarge and update the offerings at the Centurion in Seattle. Now that Priority Pass members got kicked out of the Alaska lounges, there isn't much else. I have been using The Club in Vegas, but it is kind of slim as far as food offerings, and a long long walk from the Alaska gates.

Does the Reserve card get admittance to these lounges. Both my wife and I have that, it allows us into Delta's SkyLounge.

The Centurion Lounges are specific to American Express.

For the Club lounges, the Reserve card should include Priority Pass membership, which provides access to those once you sign up.

OK. I was thinking referring to Chase Reserve card, and did not know the name of the Delta partner AMEX cards. It would appear the Delta Reserve AMEX card is specific to the Delta lounges when looking at the benefits of that card, but you may want to call and confirm.
