Another great report so far NFC! As a big Tahoe fan it was nice that you enjoyed it as much as we do. The Lucky Beaver is one of the best burger spots ever, not just a great name. Also, we stayed at the Marriott Timber Lodge (next to the gondola's) in September and it was a wonderful experience from the room to the staff.

Cosmo wrecked the Terrace Suite (for me) with the remodel. I'll still stay there, but not during the suite portion of my trips.

I always wanted to stay in the Masquerade Suite once and I got it for 4 nights for only $536, which is $300+ less than I have to pay Cosmo just in upgrade fees. After this next trip, I'm switching to Signature for suites.

I haven’t got time to provide an update of the past few days. Truthfully, it will probably have to wait until I get home. Just two key updates...

    - I never did go out with L, the girl I met at Crazy Horse. I texted her a photo from Tahoe which she replied to, and then I texted her yesterday about having dinner and she never replied. Oh well.

    - The Rio Masquerade Suite is beyond incredible. I cannot believe I’m checking out in an hour :( the room service at Rio is really good too. Today’s breakfast with a view is below, along with some photos of the room itself.

Just about to have one last soak in the jacuzzi, then to Starbucks to do some work, then up to Elco. Red Rock cycling is tomorrow, you’ll love those pics!

The view is even more gorgeous at night

    That’s the “wake up view”

And here’s a nighttime panorama view from Voodoo, upstairs

That is a fantastic suite. Great place to throw a nice party with lots of people to share that suite with. I would just run around and do circles all around that room. What else is there to do for a single traveler in a suite like that? Watch TV? Look out the window? You are in Vegas after all, how much time is really spent in a room? But it is a sick suite!!

Have stayed in the Masquerade suite for numerous March Madness opening weekends, great space for a group of people to hang out in.

A great report as usual, with unique pics, and commentary, enjoying all the aspects on how you see and do Vegas. I'm starting to look at your Rio suite as a poor mans Cosmo ! Continue on.

On a longer trip like his -- especially since he's working some while he's there -- then things like watching TV and spending time just lounging in the room makes sense. :)

Now, a 3-night trip is different...

Without a doubt, I agree. I was just wondering if 1 person traveling alone really needs such a gigantic suite. Especially if you just sit on your laptop and do work. Move around from room to room? Lol

You might meet someone who'd be interested in seeing the suite. :wink2:

Flight leaves at 11:15 pm. Currently at Poker Palace waiting on their 6:30 pm tournament. This place is a true kingdom of degeneracy. Within a minute of walking in, I saw three employees (in UNIFORM too, no less) gambling. Two at the sportsbook, one at a slot machine.

Went down the street to Rigo’s to have tacos. Ehh. I’m not wowed. Either it wasn’t very good, or I’m too much of a gringo to appreciate it.

Also had some carrot juice, which they make in house. Tasted gross, but felt healthy.

Went next door to 7-Eleven to get a chocolate bar to get rid of the taste, and saw one of the craziest instances of degeneracy I’ve ever seen at their video poker machines. A guy playing video poker with a STROLLER behind him. Geeeeeez

Edited out the side of his face even though you couldn’t really see any of it, just out of respect. You never know who’s reading this forum.

If you are still at poker palace can you confirm what time they have blackjack tables open?

I’m still there, playing in the tournament. I’ll ask the pit on the break.

Thanks! Doing okay now, though it’s questionable I’ll be able to stay the full tournament if I’m still in it... we’re still at three tables

Just asked the pit... Fri/Sat is 24/7... Sun is usually the same by demand, Mon-Thu opens at 4:00 and runs until 10 or 11.

So I had to skip out early... there were still 15 of us left. I even had a pretty good stack going, which I would have counted up and measured in big blinds if I wasn’t so anxiously checking my watch as I absolutely had to be out by 8:30 pm.

I actually kept this open as I started going all-in without looking, since I couldn’t do anything else with my chips, so that I could call my Lyft right away.

    First all-in, look what happens!

Went all-in again, and then a second time, lost both times (first time, I had the opponents covered). Lyft was outside and that was it.

En route to the airport now. I’ll have one final update and my replies done sometime once I’m home, I do apologize for not keeping this as live as I’d promised it to be.

Thanks so much for following along everyone!
