I always have one or two going on.

Right now it’s Lover Boy by Supertramp:

“He’s gotta have a good time in the city

He’s gotta have good time tonight

He’s gotta love ‘em or leave ‘em

    Cheat and deceive ‘em

He’s gotta have a good time tonight”

I have a song that I frequently sing to my cats. It reminds me to enjoy them while the times are good, to hold on to that moment, not the sad ones that will eventually come. Billy Joel

This is the time to remember
Cause it will not last forever.
These are the days to hold onto
Cause we won't although we'll want to.

For about a week or so it was the B52's Love Shack...but since a couple of nights ago when I caught a bit of the Dan Fogelberg
song Auld Lang Syne, it won't get out of my head. I can't take all the feels.
I'm trying to get Love Shack back.

Where the lead singer keeps singing Zombie...zombie...zombie??? Ugh. Thanks a lot, @dmr. At least you helped me get rid of Auld Lang Syne...for a while. :haha:

When I arrived early a few days ago, there was some moro^H^H^H^Hidio^H^H^H^Hjer^H^H^Hesteemed colleague down the hall with the door open and the boom box cranked to 11 playing that stupid "Country Girl Shake-It" tune by {who cares!}. Unfortunately I could not get that one out of my head all morning! :(

There was a farmer had a dog, and Bingo was his name-o. B-I-N-G-O, B-I-N-G-O, B-I-N-G-O. And Bingo was his name-o.

I'm an amateur musician, so I'll get songs I'm working on in my head. The jazz quintet I'm in is rehearsing for a Christmas show with a singer. So it's a mixture of Christmas songs and straight ahead jazz. One day it's "Santa Baby", not my favorite, other days it's "This is for Albert", which is a great tune.

    Any CHERYL CROW song !
    .
I like her stuff.......but I have to be careful.....
cos it isn't just the time the CD plays that has me invested.
It's the entire WEEK after listening that I have to deal with her song(s) !!!......in my head.
It gets annoying.......and yet.......at some point I'll go back + listen, again.
    >
I swear.........there has to be "subliminal technology" infused in her recordings !
I know there has to be !!!!
    I really believe it.

I have a constant Queen soundtrack in my head. I blame it on the Boston area sports teams always winning championships. It starts with We Are The Champions, and goes on from there.

But it beats the hell out of days when my kids were kids and that damn Barney song ran through my head continuously. I hate that dinosaur.
