I went to Jerry's twice my last trip... both trips were for the walk across the street, but ended up playing maybe 1-2 hours. Jerry's feels safe.. there is the occasional sketchy person. lol

Had breakfast at the Silver Nugget yesterday morning.....very good and super affordable. Got to see a ****** beating on his girl in the parking lot 930 am. It reminded me of my visit to the Opryland casino years ago. Then on to beautiful Poker Palace. Friendly people, very quiet.

Jerry’s Nugget! That’s one hell of a coincidence!

Mr Snuggit, what is your suggestion if I want to leave Jerry's Nugget for an hour two and go for a short walk? Any where close I should visit??

if you dress like the locals you should be ok and will blend in both in the casinos and the surrounding areas-----I usually wear an old pair of sneakers,worn-down jeans and either an old unlv hat or t-shirt,you can purchase these at the local salvation army or goodwill thrift stores--------when walking down the street ,do not make eye-contact ------talking to yourself and/or shadow-boxing while walking is an added safety feature----

Yes it's very hard for rural folks like myself to not make eye contact and nod/smile/speak but in bigger cities its prob best not to in certain areas.

“Sketchy person”, it would have been a whole different assessment had you noticed the green wristband.
Don’t beat yourself up though as a lot of people don’t notice them. Right away.

hahha my "sketchy" person comment was really only related to one guy... it was at the craps table... he was screaming how he was the best shooter in the world... he looked like he believed it... then was F#@$%@$$#king PISSED when he crapped out... lol. my locals have alot of of down out of their luck individuals.. but this guy was over the top for me

either way i had fun.. the pit manager took care of us after we were done and ready to head across the street with some food. so that was a nice touch. I'll be back there again on my next visit.. jerry's and across the street :)
