How “private” are private cabanas at the pool?

Yes, I’m asking for the reason you think I’m asking.

Say a +1 and I have a pool cabana that happens to have curtains, and those curtains close, and we both desire some alone time behind those curtains. I really don’t need to say a whole lot more, I think what I’m asking is clear.

    Can it be done?

Will they kick us out for doing it if we’re detected?

Has anyone successfully done this, and do they have a story to share?

I think the phrase "Get a room" is in order here.

IMHO, curtains and a cabana in itself aren't a "safe" place for adult activity unless "getting caught" is part of the excitement . . . .

Can it be done? Yes. Will you get kicked out if caught? Also yes.

It can be done, but not easily. Most cabanas aren't set far back from the pools and all the people at them. You're only going to be a few feet away from other people. My recommendation would be not to get a cabana where you are staying (in case you get trespassed from the property, you don't want to be looking for a new place to stay that night). Also, got for a large party sized cabana at a less crowded pool (the ones that hold a dozen or more people). You can create a little more space between yourself and prying eyes by going to the back of one of those

Nope, don’t think you can get into a jet ski accident while inside a cabana [emoji106][emoji2532]

    A contrary opinion:
Since you will both be in bathing suits it might be easier to accomplish than others may think. A little spooning on the day bed...

Yes, it can certainly be done...however the cabana staff will very likely "check on you" while you're doing the deed...and then they'll kick you out for "lewd behavior" (don't ask me how I know).

It depends on how subtle you are while enjoying your cabana. It in addition, the longer you take the higher the risk. They aren't built for significant privacy they are built to provide shade and a dedicated area with the illusion of privacy.

Get one of those first floor rooms at the Linq that has a sliding glass door out to the pool area. Plus you can use your bathroom as it’s intended instead of peeing in the pool.

Yes I've stayed in the Linq Cabana rooms during pool season, they are the best of both worlds.

I wouldn't do it, most cabanas have easy access to pools and get plenty of attention from staff because you're paying the $ for a cabana. Could just go to the adult pools where things are a tad wilder and build up some excitement for later in the room!

We had Villa one at Paris and our door locked and it was out of the way. We didn't do what you are doing, we locked our door and changed clothes. Gross though, I'll be rethinking Villas from here on....hahaha; oh and it depends, they only come around when you need food or ask. Cabanas don't seem as private. I wouldn't chance it there.

Very interesting thread. I was under the impression that that is all that took place in the cabanas at the Go Pool. (not sure where I read it) I had no interest ever in a cabana for this reason and not knowing how often they were cleaned.

Hey, @Breeze147 and the rest of us all agreed that we would never discuss this again. Like ever. Why can't you keep your mouth shut?

My one and only time at the PH pool a few summers back was that you didn't need a cabana to do the deed! We didn't go in the water, not enough clorine in there to clean up whatever else was in there...

I think Rehab had similar issues a few years back where things were completely out of control

One's perspective at 40 something is certainly different than at 20 something

I was doing coke off a girls breasts once in a cabana @ Caesars..

CW walked in, my nose and her bratfeeders were full of the white witch, she came in and asked for a bump.

I happily obliged. We had fast great service for the rest of the day...and several comped drinks.

That's about as "dangerous" as I've ever been in a cabana.

IF we were in Vegas(Flaming Oh, Go Pool) .... and IF we were gamblin' with real money, I'd be willing to bet that the CW/Life Guard/Security briefing specifically points out no riding of the wild baloney pony in the cabanas. The "Go" pool is adult - within reason. The Security guards are pretty vigilant - nailing all sorts of bad behavior (most of which is "you're too damn drunk, now get outta here" or "put the weed away"). While you may be there bonestorming the landing strip, some other guy may be having a medical emergency, so ultimately - the term "private cabana" is relative to the enforcement folks.. Yeah, it's a touch more private than the day bed, but drawing all the curtains will draw attention.
