My VP mojo has gone out the window. My last trip to Vegas this past weekend, I could not hit much at VP to keep me afloat. I switched to slots and I played all day and won. I have no idea what is going on. I came home ahead, so I am not complaining. It just goes against everything I would expect.

I kept trying at VP every so often, but I kept losing.

I took 2 stabs at $100 WOF at 2 different casinos.

1000 in and with 200 left. This one hit

Then 1500 in at another place 4 hours later and with 500 left. This one hit.

That was after 2500 dumped into VP machine.

I also had a number of Cleopatra hits too. That one I was playing forever on. I was drinking a lot too. I do enjoy that game.

My last few trips to Lake Charles has been the same way with video poker. I am just so used to hitting at VP. It sucks when I don’t hit.

    Awesome hits!!!

Those gold crown WOF machines are my wife’s favorite. Just not the $100 version

And the main thing is that you enjoyed yourself! The wins are icing on the cake! And we all know that variance is a strange fellow. It can turn around in a second.

But congratulations and hope the trend continues for you!!

Congratulations on the fantastic wins! Slots can be mindless but they're fun to play.

@HOUtoLAS I don't play slots, but thinking about it this next trip just to earn enough points to remain Emerald.
When you say $100 WOF, are you playing $100 each spin? Sorry if that is a dumb question.

Yes. They are one credit machines. I played a few hundred through the machine in the second picture at Cosmo earlier this year but unfortunately didn't have the same luck. Congrats HOUtoLAS on those sweet wins.

    Thanks all.

Coming from a VP background, you know I am an advantage slot player. ;)

For those asking, the first was at Caesars. The 2nd, as some already can tell, was at Cosmo.

It is 100 per pull So, it is good to be lucky early. That’s my tip.

I think the trip before this, I put 1,400 in that Caesars one without any hit.

Quit while you’re ahead and go back to VP. Review proper strategy - that might have been your leak.

$100.00 per spin. I would need a fully charged defibrillator next to me. Congrats on the big wins.
