As an FYI, these deals really work. I've done two different BRG matches for the same dates recently due to there not being any promo rates floating around and both worked extremely smooth. Thanks for keeping this updated!
The Imperial Palace is now a part of the Harrahs reservations system and offers up a best rate guarantee.

Luxor has lowered their guarantee where they only match the lowest rate now. Also added Hard Rock to the list
Vegas.com also offers a Best Rate Guarantee. If you find a rate better than what they offer, they'll give you double the difference, which is much better (often times) than a palty 10%.

Gold Spike told me that they would match prices I found on discount sites. This is helpful because Hotels.com and Expedia actually take not only the total cost upfront but the resort fee as well. They won't admit they do it, but the Gold Spike will tell you they do and not charge it if you have paid it there. Still I like the paperwork to agree with what is actually happening. Writing to hotmail.com did no good. i was going to price match, but actually when I looked the GS site had the best rates.

When I booked my Sept trip at Ceasars I noticed this guarantee, two things stuck in my mind while researching rates. I initially found cheaper rates booking directly with Ceasars but within hours those cheaper rates "sold out" I'm guessing the hotel blocks off a certain number of rooms at a discount rate and when they are sold, "that's it". I could still book those days and rooms but at a higher rate. Lastly, only those rooms booked directly with the hotel were refunable so you pay a premium for that ability. I'm always nervous something beyond my control will happen and necessitate my cancelling a trip, therefore I booked at the higher rate. I don't see many travelers being able to cash in on that guarantee, I'm not usually negative just realistic.

Just FYI but you can use Marriott look no further for the Cosmopolitan as well which will probably interest some. Drops 25% of any nights over the average. I saved like $600 Worked well.
