So I take the 2 comp night at MGM resort. I already receive the email but I haven't book yet so today I decided to book a room but then when I click on the redeem link it didn't take me to the page where you choose the date you want to stay. It take me to this page instead, anyone know what is the problem ?
You must be logged into the Mlife account that has the same email address of which you redeemed your reward through MyVegas. Looks like you were logged in given your screen capture. You can always change your Mlife email address if they are different.
yea its the same email as my redeem. I try the link the first time its fine but since yesterday it keep on taking me to that page.
It can be tricky to get things in the right order. If in doubt, call them. They will usually waive the telephone booking fee if you are having problems.
I've had the same problem today with a room reward that just yesterday I was able to use to get to the booking page. Earlier today I couldn't even get the Mlife offers to display the calendar; it was just a big blank box on the screen. Those seem to be fixed now, so hopefully a solution for the MyVegas awards isn't far behind.
As pebbles said, just call. It's super easy and they will waive the fee if you say there's issues with the website. I actually like to call now
You may want to cancel the reward before booking and try a different hotel. The MGM comps are for the West Wing rooms. Probably not the best choice for a 4 year anniversary. Just my 2 cents.
Of the 2 comp night rewards, MGM West Wing rooms would be my last choice as they are small and weird. Mirage, NYNY, Luxor, Park MGM would all be better options. My first choice would prob be Mirage cause I like the north strip and that casino. I would pick NYNY or Park on the south end for the location and ease of getting to other places. Most of those rooms will be fairly similar. Park rooms are newly renovated, but the casino is still undergoing some construction. If you are willing to pay a little more, a one night comp reward at Aria or Vdara and paying for the second night would definitely be my choice if a nice room is important. If you are only staying 2 nights though, you will probably not spend much time in your room.
If you are just looking for a place to crash then mgm is fine. the "west wing" room that you will be in will be tiny and not have any sort of view. It is a nice property though and is close to the action.
