I get 4 night comp offers from Aria and Kevin could only give me casino rate. I'm not sure how they determine what they can match.

He does specifically ask for Aria or Bellagio offers when you reach out.

I’m so glad I ran across this thread! I reached out to Kevin about my offer at Aria, and I’m now staying at the Cosmo.

Went on a quick 2 night weekend to Bellagio last weekend to earn Platinum for next year. We decided to go over to the Cosmo on Saturday night to play slots and have a few drinks after having no luck at Bellagio. We planned on staying just a few hours since we had to be up early and to the airport by 5am but were having so much fun. We decided why not stay up and play until we have to head to the airport, we will just sleep on the plane. So we played til about 3 am and headed back to Bellagio to pack and head out.
I contacted Kevin S. tonight and asked if he could match my 3 night offer for Aria for our trip in October. Within an hour he matched the offer and waived the resort fee and gave us some free play and upgraded terrace suite. He said I already earned 2 fee nights based on 1 day of play but he is covering the whole trip ( 3 nights). I have never stayed at the Cosmo and super excited to try it out.

Thanks Kevin for the quick response and hospitality!

Just an FYI for anyone who burns Cosmo on freeplay - even if you have offers for Bellagio and Aria, if you don't give Cosmo action on freeplay you won't get a match.

Maybe I need to reach out to Kevin, I feel like I am spending way too much time trying to find a room. Last I stayed was Park MGM and that was a horrible experience.

I'm a slot player and stayed at Cosmo in November 13 for the first time, paid. Off the back of that play, I got a 4 night comp offer and returned in November 14. Off the back of that play, I got another 4 night comp offer until Cosmo made some changes to their scheme and then I stopped getting emails altogether.

Incidentally, Wynn/Encore have been sending me a 3 Night comp with $225 Credit like clockwork every month.

Is it worth me reaching out to someone at Cosmo with my Identity number to see if they can do anything?

Update - Kevin replied to my email.

The offers stopped due to 18 months account inactivity, nothing to do with changes to Identity, my error

Kevin has kindly offered to match the Wynn/Encore offer.

    Hi Kevin,

I just sent you an email regarding my offer for Park MGM. Take a look an let me know if you can match. I'm predominantly a slot player. Never stayed at Cosmo before. Mostly frequent Planet Hollywood and Park MGM so I have both mlife and TR rewards.

@David Mach Just to give you a heads up don't hold your breath on a match seeing Cosmo is a premium tier property compared to Park MGM but if you get comp nights and large amount of free play you may get comp nights without freeplay.

He is matching an offer for me in a couple weeks .. I mainly stay at Luxor because I can get a suite comped with no resort fees but I do have offers for Bellagio and that’s what I submitted for the match, not my Luxor comps

thanks. for the heads up. I do have an offer at Bellagio as well. I will email him that instead. Even if it's free night at cosmo, it might not be so bad.

Kevin got back to me and he said it was too close to the date for matching the deals. However he was generous enough to give me $40 in play credits when I arrive.

How do you show him what offers you have? Do you just send a screen shot?

Thanks for the info. I have all Mlife properties comped for 4 nights. Hopefully he can match it for my trip in March.

Like others have said. Screen shot the higher end properties to show that your company is worth the weight at Cosmo.
