Great hits! The last game isn't UltX, it's STP...no need to learn a new strategy as it's the same basic strategy. You're playing 7/5 DDB STP. If you go to Main Street Stn, Gold Coast or South Point you can play the same game at 9/6 payout...9/6 DDB STP.

I’m so bad at trip reports. Here’s a bit of a recap.

It seems every trip I get a cold streak at the tables I can’t bounce back from. Happened again Sunday night for about 6 hours. Overall I didn’t do too bad but take out those 6 hours and I come home ahead.

I think the remodeled Valley Tower rooms at Harrahs are fantastic. Very modern looking, great bathroom and comfy bed.

Southwest dropped the ball on our flight home. We got delayed 2 1/2 hours. It wouldn’t have bothered me so much except they didn’t notify us until we were already at airport. The explanation was they gave our plane to a different flight in Burbank. Now I don’t know the ins and outs of the airline business but I don’t understand why I was delayed instead of them. With that being said, we had a empty middle seat on flight home.

We didn’t venture too far from Harrahs the entire trip. Spent close to 8 hours both Saturday and Sunday in the sports book.

I always get killed in the Cromwell but they have the best collection of dealers in my opinion. Just wish I had better luck there.

No memorable meals because we didn’t take the time to find one.

Hopefully next time I do better

    Todd

Most trips you lose yet most trips are a lot of fun. If you count up all the comps and subtract from your losses you will find out what the trip cost you. Then decide if the entertainment value to cost ratio was worth it to you. Very simple and has just about all of us coming back.

Three comped nights in a Valley Tower room (including a Friday and Saturday) makes up for small loss.

sounds like you had a good time - and that's the bottom line for any trip ... did you take any pics of the room?

Sorry, no pics Nancy. It’s still a “basic” room. Just lacks the wear and tear of the Mardi Gras tower. No tub, just a nice shower.

I was supposed to have High Roller also, figured I’d have strip view. Had basically zero view, room 19045 for reference

Thanks for the report. I dunno how ppl do live really. Maybe if I was solo I would have the downtime, but I sorta doubt it.

And nice pull with the 2 flushes and straight flush, and the straight dealt after! Those were out of order though! Haha

For sure. I expect them to score at least 50. A very dynamic offense with studs at all the skill positions.

Hoping they win by at least 24 so we look good and well ranked.
