First ever solo trip - Craps, VP, slots, jerry seinfeld, queen - bellagio sept 6th-10th

4am. In a taxi, its raining. Taxi driving is speeding through dublin city center. Roads are deserted. Slept for a about three hours , not bad for a night before vegas travel. First ever solo trip

I booked this trip about three months ago. 4 nights comped Bellagio with 50 resort credit and 100 FP. Checked mlife last week and they were offering 4 nights comped with 100 resort credit and 175 FP. Rang and changed offer. Great to have first win under my belt before leaving Ireland. Room offer is for a bellagio fountain view room. Will ask for high floor, close to elevators and casino. Tempted to ask for smoking room but wo t take it if it is an old room or badly placed (no mrs m means ill no doubt smome (cigarettes) constantly.

Flying throughManchester in the uk. Gave myself a longer layover (over 3 hours) versus flying through london (1 hour layover) as didnt want the stress of a flight delay. I may as well be sitting in Manchester airport sipping cocktails and and shopping than having an extra 2 hours in bed. Flight cost 600 euro. Not bad.

Booked jerry seinfeld for Friday night in caesers and queen with adam lambert on Saturday night. I've never gone to a gig on my own before, again will ne interested to see how i get on, will be weird not sitting with someone before a comedy gig starts and looking at them as you both laugh together. Also going to a concert and not sharing the excitement of the build up etc. Still very excited. Glad i have a couple of anchor events to go to as i know you cant gamble 24 hours a day (although ill try)

Going to vmb hl group pull in Cosmo on Friday morning at 11am. I'm from Ireland so no w2gs for jackpots, so here's hoping. I managed to dig out the tac number i was given for past jackpots which should speed up payouts too (i know i am tempting fate here).

Want to check out the new cosmo food court. Will either seed some play there or in CET so i will have free nights for next march when i return for my 40th, ideally with 4 free mlife nights and a couple of free nonmlife nights.

Will play a mixture of craps, VP and slots. I only really started playing slots on my last two trips. I always avoided them and didnt really enjoy them. That has changed they can be great fun and watching the vlog of matt Bridger really got me interested in them. Over the past week i have also been watching some videos from brian christopher slots on you tube (very addictive watching).

Craps will be 10-15 tables preferably. Vp will be at $1 level. Slots will depend on mood and bank roll. Want to run some money through some HL slots. I have actually never ventured into any of the HL rooms (not even to look around).

Hope you have a pleasant flight and spectacular first solo. You may feel a bit awkward at first but Vegas is the best solo city in the world. Most people are very friendly and happy to be there - something we all have in common. I concur with your decision to take the longer layover, no need to stress and possibly miss a flight.

In a lyft now en route to bellagio. The customs line was awful at mccarran approx 40 mins to get through. Need a shower. Need multiple drinks. Will settle for one hand pay today. Beautiful day here though 38 degrees Celsius.

The good start has turnedinto a bloodbath. Down 300 playing craps in 10 minhtes. Down 50 buffuli, down 50 quick hits, down 200 VP. Heading nyny for a slice of pizza [emoji30]. Need to slow down. Betting too much on craps too quickly. First day excitement took over

More on the room. Definitely the best view ive ever had in vegas. Nit the nicest room ive had (although its great) but the view is spectacular
