    Hey guys

I'll be heading downtown in October and am an avid hockey fan. My team plays at 10am vegas time and was wondering if anyone has good recommendations to watch it and possibly hear audio.

    Thanks!

That might be tough on a Saturday or Sunday. I spent a weekend in the sports book at California last November. Very comfortable seating, but I think it was all football. There might have been a TV with hockey on but no audio. There is a Sports Book section under Casino Gaming. If you post the question there, more of the sports book people will see it and give you some suggestions.

Plaza might be your best bet, or get to a vp bar early and ask the bartender to tune in to your game. You'll be competing with football so audio might be a stretch.

I don't know anywhere to get audio. But I've had great luck getting hockey games on at Ike's Bar @ El Cortez. Also had some success at upstairs bar at the D, but it's a bit more of a hassle because bartenders can't change TVs themselves. Get there a bit early to claim a seat and then ask. If it isn't during NFL Sunday games, you should be fine --- might be a bit trickier if it's during NFL.

    Go Pens!

You may get a screen but def no audio - will be all football.
Go to a bar and ask the bartender for channel/audio is your best chance.

What day(s) does your team play?

Baseball playoffs start Oct 2 so you might be hampered by a 10am first pitch.

You're going to be competing with college football -- I'd definitely try to get to whatever bar you end up choosing a bit early to try to lay claim to a TV.
