I apologize if this has been asked before, but my husband is at level 125 and I am at level 526.

The rewards on his account are not the same as mine.

I show comp room nights and he does not. Is it because of his level of play being lower than mine?

    Thank you,

Its usualyy not the level but either spend or settings.

2 night comps only show up for people who have spent $50 or more or have used a room comp before.

If he is missing lots of rewards it could be that his location permissions are not on in the app settings :)

    WelshBlonde,

His location is the same as mine, Apache Junction, AZ. on Facebook. I thought that would fix the problem.

He contacted MyVegas and got a response of Rewards, prices, etc. can be different for players. Not very helpful in my opinion.

Does the game itself have a settings tab?

    Thanks for any help.

Sorry I dont mean physical location, its settings but only applicable if you were both playing the mobile app version as its settings on your phone. Sounds like you are using the web based facebook version however so it cant be that.

I imagine then its down to spend, you have maybe spent $50 or more on chips which is seen to unlock the 2 night comps and the 4th reward? And maybe your dad hasnt spent as much.

I’ve been offered 2 night room comps and haven’t spent a dime.

I have never spent a dime of buying rewards and my husband hasn't either.

I, however have redeemed rewards in past years.

We play the game on my laptop. LOL

My husband contacted support again, because of the "dumb" response which was no help.

Could it still be his level of play?

And I double checked, and his location on Facebook is our new city, where we are living.

Something tells me, My Vegas thinks he is still a local, living in Nevada. Or does that even make sense. LOL

I think there are many reasons why the 2 night comps open up but for new players the $50 spend has been said to be one of them.

Other experiences include redeeming a 1 night comp on a previous stay and even length of time playing.

Play studios are reluctant to confirm what exactly are the triggers.

    Yeh It does :)

If fb thinks hes a local he would be missing more than just the 2 night comps. If he is missing lots of rewards then it could indeed be location issues.

    Packeral,
    from MyVegas
I also have never spent a dime and am showing 2 comp room nights.

    Wondering why hubby isn't?

And the reply from MyVegas was lame, and of no help. So we contacted them again. Maybe a different person will know how to fix this, from My Vegas. :)

He is missing lots of rewards. IT has to be a location issue.

Hope another person can resolve this issue, since I contacted them again.

    Welshblonde,

Yes, I hope someone with a little more knowledge will fix this. Otherwise, my husband will quit playing the game. I thought by changing the location on FB when we moved, would do the trick. We'll see what I find out and I will let you all know the outcome.

Okay, I heard back from Monica and got the same form letter that I received before from Colin, that they cannot change the data, Blah Blah..... I discovered that my husband's location settings for MYVegas is turned off, HOW do I turn it on?

I have searched Google, and they just give me Play Studio's. I also searched that web site and even typed in the question, to no avail.

I have the location changed and saved to facebook. Any idea how to change it in the app?

Maybe someone on here knows how. :) I also contacted Play Studio's again.

    Thanks in advance

If you're a "for free" player, don't expect much. Sorry to be blunt, but you mean "nothing" to Playstudios. There's nothing "wrong" with not spending money with Playstudios, but look at it from their point of view.

At your levels, I would think that it's all about "level". There used to be quite a disparity between the 100's and the 500's.

Once he levels up to your level, if he's still not seeing the same rewards, you would have something to complain about. But even at that, if you're not spending any money, I wouldn't expect Playstudios to give you much attention.

Rewards unlock the more levels you have. The spend $50 deal is to be able to use 4 rewards instead of 3, not that you get better ones. At some point you can use even 5 or 6 rewards but you need to spend considerably more in the game for chips. The higher level you get the more rewards will unlock.

. . .but, there are some people who REFUSE to spend money on this game, and that's OK.

You just have to remember that your are limited as a "free" player.

Probably have to do this with both facebook and myvegas, but definitely fb:
    (chrome in my example)

click the green lock that in the browser bar, where it says secure
    click site settings
click the pulldown menu for location, default is ask, switch it to allow
    reload

this is also useful if you accidentally change the settings for flash for myvegas, or if you want to turn off notifications or anything else that you changed but forgot you clicked on a popup a long time ago.

    Donfairplay,

Thank you for the instructions and info. I did exactly what you told me to do, and maybe that will do the trick.

Any chance you know how to change the location in the game My Vegas? I wonder if that also is part of the problem.

At any rate, I really appreciate the help. :)

    Update:

My husbands rewards are now the exact same as mine, even at his lower level.

A HUGE thank you to donfairplay for telling me how to get the location changed. Yeah!!:woohoo:
