I've been MLife Platinum for two years now, all from resort spending and playing slots. I also have the MLife credit card. I used to get email and mailer offers from Aria and Bellagio, sometimes for up to five nights comped, usually $100-200 F&B/resort credit, and always $75-250 in slot credit.

The last time I stayed or played at an MLife property was Mirage in December 2017, and I gambled quite a bit. After that stay I did get a mediocre offer from Mirage, but everything else has dried up. On the MLife website, the only offers I have are discounts and show ticket packages. I do get mailers and emails for slot tournament comps at Luxor and Excalibur, but I'm not interested in staying at those properties.

A few years ago I stayed at Aria and Bellagio often, so I used to get mailers for their slot tournaments; haven't received one in ages.

I'm trying to book a trip for December 2018, so I called MLife VIP Services at Aria and they could only offer casino rate, and said there might be a glitch in the system. I haven't had any offers on my MLife account page for months, so I don't think it's a glitch. Has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone know what to do in this situation? I know I should qualify for a comped room based on play, but I haven't stayed at MLife properties in a while, nor do I have a host at Aria. Would a casino host look into past years play at other MLife casinos? I'm set on staying at Aria for five nights, but I'd obviously rather spend that $ in the casino. Any suggestions?

Offers have gone from the main offers page and now show under "your gaming offer" for each hotel comp. Worth checking in there :)

Why would you qualify on play from past years, let alone 9 months ago?

Unless you are aiming for a New Years Eve comp, you're better off paying for the room.
Gamble up a storm during your trip and the offers will come back.

Maybe play on last trip(s) had dropped some?

I would also consider other casinos within MLIFE. I find Aria is tight to start with, and even tighter on follow up offers.

You continue to get FP/FB/hotel offers from Aria? Lucky you, I guess.

Is Aria different than the other mlife hotels with regards to the length of time after your last visit the offers stop? I get offers from all properties, not all amazing rage from 1-4 nights and some with FP. So forgive me if I have anything confused as Im no where near an expert. Just curious how long offers continue for as it seems you have this knowledge?

Did you look on each hotel's website for offers? Sometimes they show up there but not on MLife page.

This seems strange to me also. When my offers fell off I still had at least the "exclusive rates" offer. Try the comments above about looking at the gaming offer tab and looking at the individual hotel sites. My only other suggestion other than calling in again is to check to see maybe somehow they have coded you to be a local. I believe locals don't get hotel stay offers.

Thanks for the tips everyone. Where is the gaming offers tab? On the Aria website, I can click the offers button on the far right, but it still shows discounts and show tickets, no gaming offers.

Gaming offers is on the main mlife page then in offers - not on the Aria site :)

Thank you! I checked and there aren't any gaming offers apart from the slot tournament offers from Luxor and Excalibur. However, it does look like Circus Circus is offering a Labor Day discount of 49%! :jester:

I have an offer for 40% off Mandalay Bay stays of 3 nights or more (but only through Sept 30, 2018) and I still have the platinum tier discount offer, but Aria's casino rate was less over the phone. Not sure what I'm gonna do at this point. My friends are all staying at Aria, so I'll probably end up paying casino rate and hoping for some backend comps.

    Hi @vegas30326-
Based on my extensive research ;), it seems like you should have some free room offers at Aria. After reading your post, I thought I would check my online offers since I have a trip in Nov. I usually receive snail mail offers from Aria & Bellagio, but I have never stayed at either one. I am MLife Sapphire (about 850 short of Pearl), mostly play slots w/ little VP here & there. I have never been Platinum. Most of my play is at CET & Cosmo. At MLife, I had offers for 2-4 comp nights depending on property (e.g.Aria 2 nights +$50FB/$30 FP). So I called to try to book 11/1-11/3. The only dates in Nov. that my Aria offer was available was 11/18-11/21. :nono: Seems a bit odd for Nov. Maybe they have tightened up? I suggest that you call and talk to a host. It can't hurt.

Those are the same offers I get and I haven't been to Vegas in 3 years and have never gambled more than $200 a day at MGM properties.

Thank you both. I'll definitely call and ask to speak with a host. I can't see any reason why my comp offers would just suddenly disappear like that.

You need to contact your host or get one. I have one and my mlife offers always pale in comparison to my host's offers. This is true for MGM only. For Wynn and Venetian my experience has been that my host could do no better than the corporate offers.

Interesting, my Aria host never seems to be able to beat the corporate offer.

Agreed. I have hosts at other resorts, but never at Aria. Is it weird to just call and ask for one? In the past they've approached me towards the end of a good trip. Not sure of the proper etiquette.

We go once a year and usually gamble enough to maintain our Pearl status and usually stay at Mirage. We get offers from Mirage, MGM, NYNY and Luxor for 4 free nights 100FP and 75RC every quarter. Aria and Bellagio offers are lower but still at 2 free nights along with 50-100FP and 50RC. There must be glitch on your account, call them to find out why offers are not showing up.
