As of last Thursday, all tables and all limits are at 3x4x5 odds, after three years at 2x. That means you can get a game of dice at Wynncore for just $10 at those odds.

With 6:5 spreading up the food chain to higher min tables, and 000 roulette taking over, I'm just taking a moment to celebrate. Because this means that at least for some games they're finally facing enough pressure back from players that they have to loosen. Apparently odds don't just change in one direction.
It makes sense to me this happened in craps. It's a true gambler's game, too intimidating for the convention crowd. I'm not optimistic that there will be a similar retreat on 000 roulette.

But still, let me just be happy for a second!

000 Roulette just fucking chaps my ass. Glad to hear this about Wynn's craps. That will bring me into their casino for sure.

I have been there over the summer/spring a couple times, and it seems to me that Encore had 3-4-5x as far back as April or May, while the Wynn side kept it at 2x.

When we were there in July and they had 3-4-5x odds on $25 tables and up. But was still 2x on $10 tables. I am glad they made the change.

Not a craps player or a Wynncore patron, but nice to see Strip gaming odds moving in the right direction for once.

Hopefully VP pay tables will be next to improve, not holding my breath though!

I don't know exact properties, but I'm pretty sure I've read on here about it popping up at several more places.

Wynn has $10 crap tables?? That surprises me...Cosmo never has less than $15 from what I’ve seen.
    Edit: on weekends...weekdays I work

That's one of the big reasons we don't stay at Cosmo. Nice property, but $15 min rising to $25 in evening is too much for me. Better value elsewhere.

This is great news to hear. We can only hope that the tide is turning.

Maybe others will begin to improve odds on their games. There was a day when they all competed to offer good odds to attract people to play. The Cromwell has that going on the strip, but not so much at the big properties nowadays.

Cosmo has started having $10 tables, at least at times. I didn't believe it when I first read about it, as my experience had always been $15 as the lowest, but I checked and played a $10 table there one morning on my July trip. 2 tables by the Identity desk were at $10, but the one I was on moved up to $15 while I was playing. I just saw a post on another forum where someone mentioned playing a $10 table there, so it might be something they are starting. Aria is my preferred place to play $10 tables, but it can even be hit or miss at times (one afternoon on my July trip there were only 2 $25 tables going, and both were packed).

Yeah they had random $10 dice at Cosmo this weekend..but only at a dead game..as soon as even one person walked up they’d bump it to $15...pretty smart if you ask me.

Actually I'm not sure how smart that is. I have been at tables that were $5 on several occasions in various casinos that bumped to $10 (and the no longer seem to "grandfather" players at the prior level any more), and seen the table completely empty.

I was actually at a table in October at Margaritaville in Flamingo that was $5 on one end and $10 on the other end. People were two deep on the $5 end and lots of action of all kinds of high vig bets as well as pass bets. On the $10 end was one guy playing a pass line bet only. They announced after the next shooter that the entire table would be $10. When it went to $10, the entire $5 crowd left the table and the guy at the $10 end left because he did not want to play a table by himself.

So now, that is what you call smart ? I don't !

I can confirm that at least one roulette table at Planet Hollywood is triple-zero, as of the 4th of July. I didn't realize until I'd sat down and bought chips. Tried to place a split-the-zeros bet, and realized it was a triple-zero. Cashed in my chips and walked away, without ever playing a spin. Just can't support that.

Part of it is that Steve Wynn is no longer in charge.....................he was the one "holding the sword" saying 2x odds for lower tables was more "affordable" to him.............
