    Wednesday:

Up at 8:00 and drove up to JERRY’S NUGGET to collect the winnings from the Twins and Lynx bets. Made $122.75 on those two - we’ll see how the other ones go later.

Off to the EASTSIDE CANNERY to use up our last $20 food comp at Snaps. The food was excellent again and the service was good.

Next stop - DOTTY’S for cheap smokes and then back to the DOWNTOWN GRAND so the wife could meet up with her niece for some spa time down at the M at spa MIO. I hit the slots to kill some time and was betting minimum only lost $10.

Some family then wanted to go to the Mob Museum so I went along I bought the basic package for $26.95 and had a $4 off LVA coupon. I thought it was good for $22.95. Spent about 2.5 hrs there. Would I go again? Probably not. I enjoyed it but once is enough. 1 BIL left after about 45 min said that was enough for him other BIL&SIL were still there when I left and really seemed to be enjoying it.

GRID you have made a very good case for the LUCKY CUSS MOTEL, but after a couple of hours of playing MEGA BUCKS slot and being down $150, it got me to thinking I don’t have a history there. I don’t know if my level of play would warrant any back end comps so I will probably have to sleep on it for a night before any final decisions are made. I really appreciate all of the work you have put into helping me with this choice. I have come to think of you as a man wise beyond his years and a great source of info on all thing VEGAS.

No john1516inny I did not see any motor cycle ride go by BINIONS today. I only walked across the street this afternoon to the MOB MUSEUM and never made it to FREMONT STREET I find the heat to oppressive outside of the casinos I am kind of like a WACK-A-MOLE you’ll see me but not for long.

Well the wedding went very smooth - the happy couple then had their wedding supper at the vaunted PARADISE BUFFET in the fabulous FREMONT CASINO. It was steak night. The price $18.99. We used the LVA 2-1 coupon. The buffet was really good considering we did not get there til after 9:00 p.m. Everyone seemed to like it. Afterwards we headed back to the DTG and dropped $130 more into MEGA BUCKS. Still have not hit for a big one. Guess I will just keep trying. Well the wife and I have had enough for this day so were heading to bed.

Way to talk up the positives. The Lucky Cuss' marketing director deserves a promotion to executive marketing director.

Nice report covering some places pretty far afield and congratulations to the newlyweds. I appreciate the tag team reporting.

I'd like to see some of those north Las Vegas casinos that have coupons in ACG but I can't seem to convince anyone to join me. My wife inhaled one breath ar the Longhorn and told me we were leaving. If you go back to Boulder hwy, try Sarah's diner at the Klondike. Had a very good breakfast there for under $2 last week.

Which of the Lucky Cuss' twelve rooms should I ask for when I give my $20 sandwich. Would it be worth it to ask for dumpster view?

Thursday: The beginning of the end.

Got up at eight and played the $25 FP I had and ended up with $175 on SUPER SILVER SEVENS then headed over to the DRAGON LINK slot an ended +$75 on it. This machine gave up nothing till today. Next I hit the AFTERBURNER machine. This one had been tight all week to but it let me finish + $50. It ended well this morning.

Time to say good bye to most of the family as they started taking off. Then we went to FED EX and mailed some of the extra stuff home cost $47.13. Still have one to carry on the plane home.

We then went back and picked up the BIL&SIL we gamble with and left for ELLIS ISLAND. We had the $7.99 steak specials and used the LVA coupon of 3 rounds for 2 people. On my last beer I tipped the bar tender $5.00 and said, “Thanks for the beer this is my last one.” He said, “No you still got 2 coming so we had 8 beers!” We played the slots - lost $30. Wife made $30 on her match play on BJ (She got 21) so we ended up even.

We wanted to get in 1 more session of bingo so off to the SANTA FE STATION we go. They have the best bingo room we have ever seen and this time we bought in for $50 each. The wife hit a bingo for $50 and I hit 2 for $156. The first one got split 30 ways (seriously!) so I only got $6. Played the BRADY BUNCH before bingo and lost $50, so +$156 at SANTA FE STATION.

Had to stop by JERRYS NUGGET to get something to eat in the morning on the way to McCarren.

We got back to the DTG we and spoke with our casino host. He comped off our room, the brides room, the cabanna, the rental fridge, parking, food and drinks that we charged, plus gave us a free meal and drinks tonight. He even gave BIL&SIL a ride to the airport. We fly out at 7:15 AM so up early and back to reality. I will do a recap when we get home THANKS EVERYONE WHO FOLLOWED ALONG WE REALLY ENJOY DOING TRs.
