You're having some great meals. The food from China Poblano looks really good.

My phone and laptop are not meeting together on the cloud the way they should.

Nothing good happened at the noon Bally's poker tournament. An interesting thing happened though. I had pocket 10's in the big blind three times. I won with them twice early in the tournament...both times vs. AQ. I lost with them my final hand of the tournament vs. AK. Fascinating, yes?

The 5 Play 25c progressive for a natural royal is 75k here at the Cosmopolitan. I think that's a good number? I
tried to hit it. Ended up with some nice hits that shall remain unphotographed, but left the gaming floor up thanks to a 4ok 5s and 4oak Aces no kicker.

I also ate at Holsteins. The Gold Standard burger was great as always. Service was overwhelmed, as has often been the case my last few trips there.

I took a picture of the burger. It looks like ones you've seen before except this one has a bite taken out of it that matches my dental profile.

I bet against the Dodgers, not looking good. I bet on the Mariners and Diamondbacks....tied up and losing respectively, last I checked. This update was given without the express written consent of major league baseball. FU major league baseball.

Time to rally. It's only 9pm for goodness sake.

A quick question for 60% of the youngsters walking around, gambling, and eating right now at Cosmopolitan:

Why the fuck are you screaming?

Since it dropped down to a frigid 85 degrees, I decided to warm up with a nice bowl of soup at the Henry.

Meh. The penny deuces (98.91%) is better as long as you don't hit shit like this. This is the biggest reason to avoid deuces wild, imo. Stupid math made me play it last trip. Lol

Dealt Royal progressives are terribly overrated and casinos are smart to offer them. The extra $70,000! for the dealt Royal only adds 0.86% here to make 8/5 DDB move to 97.65%.

Mathy discussion of Dealt Royal Progressives...I'm Vman96 in the linked thread.

I have not had banana toffee gelato. And indeed never considered it existed. Now I've decided I must have some in my near future.

Checked in at Harrahs, first time staying here. My valley tower room is nice, especially if I decide to have a family over for breakfast

Harrah's is pumping in the casino scent like a teenage boy with his first bottle of Old Spice. It's smells like a bus full of old ladies on a weeklong tour of perfume outlet malls. It smells like a French whore who just started selling Avon. It smells like the perfume counter at Walmart at the epicenter of a nine car mobility scooter crash.

Because Cosmo is expensive and spending money is painful!
Lol, maybe first beer in Vegas?
It’s a common thing for youngsters to scream like banshee’s.

To catch up...I played two poker tournaments yesterday and did not cash. The 10pm Planet Hollywood tournament was a little wild, but mostly frustrating. Very slow play, players studying their hands for eons. Headed to the break, we got six hands in during one level. Not cool.

It looked like it was going to storm yesterday, saw a few lightning strikes in the distance but didn't capture them. Feel free to photoshop....

Here's that Holsteins burger. Is it just me or is it always way too dark in there? I went into old man mode and put my camera flashlight up to the menu.

Along with the soup, I had one of my favorite Las Vegas dishes last night at The Henry.

And, yes, I also have a view of Denny's and the Casino Royale Pool Complex.

AND.....my personal concierge is on the case...

Taking pictures at the slots/tables/VP machines is not my bag. Here's one I remembered to take but forgot to frame and focus.
