Not sure how popular they are, other than in the South but I don't think I would ever try chitterlings.

I was raised with the command I had to give EVERYTHING at least a "no thank you" helping. Backfired on my parents as they ended up with a 10 year old who loved crab legs, caviar & foie gras ;-)

if you have eaten a BLT, then technically you have eaten a pork belly sandwich.

i love pork belly. i even make my own bacon. bought a pork belly from costco and cured it. delicious! i need to do it again.

wish costco sold it with the skin on though. would have been able to also make some crackling

Had it once....sitting in a bar (Senor Sushi) in Cabo, I saw the tuna come off the boat and brought into the bar. The owner gave a sample plate that was amazing.

I have never eaten Thai food.

I have never had spam...it isn't popular in Canada. I don't think I know anyone here who has had it though I have seen it in the Dollar Store so someone must buy it.

Ditto for chicken fried steak @Sonya

    Ditto sweetbread

Headcheese.....my Dad used to eat it ewwwwww, no thanks.

I've never eaten duck or lamb---in any form. Those are the more common meats I have avoided. Not even mentioning game or wild fowl as they aren't common. I have eaten sushi but don't get the attraction.
