I would say this trip (my wife’s first) met and exceeded expectations.
We arrived around 9:15am Thursday morning and were picked up by Omni Limo. Very convenient service for pickup and the airport and drop off. It was a nice ride from the airport to Bally’s. We did not stop at the sign due to three tour buses pulling in right before us. We arrived at Bally’s shortly before 10am. Due to being so early in the day check-in really was t an option at that time. We checked our bags in and went to check out the strip. We pretty much walked up and down the strip both ways from Bally’s the first day. Unfortunately I was dumb and wore my sandals on the plan. Walking that much in flip flops did a number on my foot and I felt it the rest of the weekend. We stopped at prettt much every casino on the way up and down the strip and checked out some slots. Had some early luck at Caesars and the Bellagio. As we made our way back to Bally’s we decided to purchase show tickets for that night. We decided on XRocks at Bally’s since it was in the hotel and we were both a little tired since we had been up since 3am central time. We got all checked in with a King Jubilee with a great view of the tower and the fountains. After showering and getting ready we headed down to dinner at Burger Brassiere for some dinner and to catch the Golden knights game. The burgers were really good and the chocolate cheesecake was very good. We had a $25 food credit so the bill was only $17 for the whole meal. Hard to beat that. After dinner we tried out luck on some three card poker tables at Bally’s. We were up and down in the 45 mins we played. We decided to head over to the indigo lounge for a drink and listen to some of the live music before heading over to the show. After having 3 margaritas each we were feeling pretty good and ready for the show. The show was much smaller then I was imaging but still a pretty good show. We had a front row seat, so no complaints there. My complaint about the show was the music wasn’t very good. Probably would have enjoyed the XCountry a little more. After the show my wife was feeling it pretty good from the margaritas, so we decided to call it a night!

Attached are some pictures from day 1and the views from the hotel.
I will do Day 2 a bit later.

After walking so much day 1 we decided to do more on day 2! Day 2 was all about walking down the strip exploring all the sites and casinos. With my foot still hurting, I threw on some more comfortable shoes and we headed out. This time we headed south. We hit, Planet Hollywood, M&M World, MGM, Excalibur, NYNY, T-Mobile arena, Aria, Cosmo back to the Bellagio and finally back home to Bally’s. We stopped in every casino to throw $20 or so in a slot. My wife quickly realized the Monopoly Hot Shot slot was her favorite! Also, suprising to me, she really liked Excalibur as well. We didn’t spend much time in NYNY but it looked like a cool place. We had to make the stop at TMobile since it’s right there and see the set up for the Stanley Cup! It was really cool to see how everyone in Vegas was behind the Golden Knights. Everywhere we went people were talking about them and most employees in restaurants were wearing jerseys. Before we headed back to hit the pool at Bally’s we stopped at Denny’s ( yeah I know) for brunch. It was actually pretty good and hit the spot for some quick food.
Now it was time to hit the pool! My wife had bought like 10 new swim suits I think, so she had to usesome! We got changed and hit Blu Pool at Bally’s. The pool isn’t huge but seemed big enough. Wegrabbed a couple of loungers and out our stuff down. I noticed right away they chairs didn’t seemto be in very good shape. The water felt amazing on a 100 plus degree day. After being in the water a bitI decided to get out and work on my tan a bit. It was so warm and relaxing I actually fell asleep for a bit... seemed like a nice little nap. We hung out for about3 hours and decided to go back to the room and rest up a bit before going to dinner and gamblingfor the night. Once we got back up to the room Idiscovered something I was hoping not to see... my stomach and chest were burnt falling asleep got me! I guess I didn’t put on as much sunscreen as Ihad thought. Let me tell you.. burning your nipples is no fun! After we relaxed for a bit and got changed up we headed out for some fun. We had dinner at Guy’s Vegas Kitchen. This was pretty good food. My wife had a Mac and cheese burger and Ihad chicken wings and salad. Both were delicious. We had a pretty good set outside in the shade right by the walkway to the Flamingo. Nice dinner withgood people watching. After dinner we took at Lyft downtown. Once downtown we walked the Fremont Experience and did some gambling in Golden Nugget, and the Plaza. We had some good luck at Plaza on the tables. We were in the tables for a few hours before deciding to call it a night since we had a couples massage early the next morning (our anniversary).
I know some people love downtown, neither of us were all that impressed. Fremont seem prettt crowded and too packed in and all the casinos were jam packed.
Attached are some pics from day 2

Sounds like a great anniversary and fun trip other than the sunburn. I try to maintain the “plump and pale” look, so you won’t see me out in the sun very much. Thanks for posting!

Woke up about 7:30am. I told my wife to relax for a bit more, I was going to run down to the Sports Book and place a bet on the Belmont before our couples massage appointment. Walked through Bally’s to the Paris sports book to place my bet (not a winner). Looking back now I would place my sports bet at Bally’s Sports book next time. Bigger sports book and the employees seemed a little more friendly. After getting my bet placed I headed back up to the room to get ready for the massage. Shortly after arriving back to the room we headed down to Bally’s Spa for our couples massage (my first ever massage). Once we walked in and checked in, we split up to go get ready. I was handed my rob and sandals and was told I could use the sauna, steam room, and shower before I went in. I jumped in the sauna for about 5-10 minutes and took a quick shower. After getting out of the shower I was led out the door to meet my massage therapist, who led me into the room where my wife was already waiting. I was a little nervous since my stomach and front of my legs were a little burnt from the day before. Once she started the massage I forgot all about it. It was a very relaxing 50 minutes. We both came out feeling freshed and ready for the day. I would recommend Bally’s spa to others. I know there is more fancy spas out there, but this will do for most people. After getting back to the room we were both hungry, so we decided to walk around, find some food and play the slots and tables. We headed north up the strip and stopped at Margaritaville for lunch. The primary reason for this stop was for the key lime pie. Lunch was good and the pie was great. After much we hit up casino Royale for a bit to play some slots and Black jack. Most of the tables were full so we played the slots for a little bit and moved on. We made stops and the flamingo and Cromwell on the way back to ball’s to get ready for dinner. We made it back to the room in time to watch the Belmont. As I watched the race my wife took a little nap. Unfortunately the horse I need to come in /nd or 3rd came in fourth. I’m now 0-2 on horse betting. Getting closer though. After relaxing for a bit we started getting ready for dinner at Top of the World at the Stratosphere . We took a Lyft to the Stratosphere which was only maybe a 10 minutes ride. When we got there we were shown to the elevator which was an experience. My ears popped all the way up! 106 stories I believe it is to the restaurant. Once we got up there to we had no wait at all to be seated. The place is cool! The rotation of the room and being able to see all views was neat. The food did not disappoint! My wife a had the filet mignon and I had the wagyu skirt steak with the lobster tail. Both were great steaks! My wife’s Filet melted in your mouth and the lobster was very good. We had some and beer with the meal. We also had a free piece of cheese for our anniversary which was also delicious! The service at the restaurant was great! Overall I would give it 5 stars. We heard back to Bally’s after dinner to change into more comfortable clothes and hit the tables for the rest of the night. Three card poker it was for us until we decided to turn in for the night! It was a very relaxing and enjoyable anniversary!

4th and final day! Sunday 6/10 was or final day. We woke up in the morning without any real plans. We got ready and heard out to checkout the strip. We headed south again towards the miracle mile shops. I wanted a hat to take to the pool, so we went on the hunt for a Golden Knights hat. After getting the hat we decided to grab some lunch. We went into the tourist trap Hard stock Cafe. The food wasn’t bad, but the service was terrible. By far the worst experience of the trip. Oh well. After leaving lunch we headed back to Bally’s to get ready for the pool. We decided to give the pool at Paris a try this time since we went to the Bally’s pool earlier in the trip. I’m glad we decided to try the Paris pool. We both really liked the views and atmosphere here. It doesn’t feel as tucked away as the pool at Bally’s and a little more well kept. After relaxing for a while, we were both ready for a drink. We decided to try the Margaritas.. I ordered them without looking at the price. Wow, $17 for a margarita! A little over priced but good. After the first drinks went down so easy we both decided it was time for another. I went and got us more drinks. The wife had another margarita and I went with a Corona. When I came back my wife was taking a picture for a big group (family reunion maybe). We didn’t think much of it until about 20 minutes later. Right as I finished my Corona a couple from the big group walked over with a margarita and a Corona for my wife and I. They thanked my wife for taking the picture. We joked about me having a VGK hat and then being San Jose Sharks fans for a hit and they went on their way. As they were leaving about 30 minutes later they brought over the remainder of Corona they had left in their bucket for us. WOW! really nice for taking one picture! We thanked hem and joked around for a minute or too. My wife and I continued to enjoy the pool and get some sun for another hour or two. All in all we were there 3.5-4 hours. It was a great day of relaxing! After leaving the pool we headed back to our room to shower up and head out for our last dinner and evening in town. We had a 6am flight the next morning, so nothing crazy planned. We headed through the Bellagio which we had to stop at the Monopoly slot and play for a bit. Glad we did, we doubled our money in about 30 minutes. By far the best luck slot machine we had all week. After the slot we headed down to Bobby’s Burger Palace for a quick bite. We both enjoyed the burgers. Since it was going to be an early morning we decided to head back to bally’s and play the tables before calling it a night. Unfortunately we were only on the table for about 45 minutes before we blew through our budget. We decided to go back to the room and get some rest and call it a wrap for the trip. Overall it was a fantastic trip! Both my wife and I were relaxed and enjoyed everything we did. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we are able to make a return trip. We believe we found things we know we like and wouldn’t have to do as much walking/exploring as we did this trip!
Also, for everyone concerned.. my nipples are recovering nicely!!
