My first bonus of the day is in the form of a trivia question. My second bonus is the wheel spin. My third and subsequent bonuses don't provide any extra hats. Weird.

Not sure what step I missed, but I've already got a $100 steakhouse award and am on my way to a $15 deli/café award, so I probably don't want to risk changes my account at this point.

 

With ten hats on the bonus I’ve calculated that I could do twenty four hats a day and turn my fifteen dollar deli credit into a twenty dollar barbecue credit. Listen, Benny’s Smokin is a value on par with Ellis Island, plus you can play VP for drinks during your meal. However, like Ellis Island, it’s not very good barbecue. I am trying to get the $100 steakhouse credit. I have 5200 hats now, and leave July 5th hopefully I will get it. If not we will not be going downtown, my husband is not a fan of downtown and that was the way I could get him down there ☹️

 

You could redeem the $50 Binion's cafe credit for 4,000 hats and get the Rib Eye Steak Frites if you're unable to get the steakhouse comp. Since they're $18.99 each the credit should more than cover your meal.

 

Don't forget that you can use the25% off LVA coupon with the voucher of $100. So that would make your spend at around $133 to completely use the voucher.

 

I think if you have given them your email, liked them on Facebook and joined VIP, then you should get the third bonus as hats. I'm not 100% certain which one of those steps gives the hats.

Has anyone verified that this works? That would make a great deal even better.

 

Someone on Facebook couldn’t use it yesterday. Not valid with any other offer or something. It may be hit or miss depending on the server.

 

I'm kind of in the same mindset. I was hoping to earn some pretty good comps, but as they've kept watering this thing down I'm just trying to get the bare minimum before my late June trip, either $15 or $20 comp.

 

I’ve actually heard good things about the pastrami sandwich from Binion’s Deli, but mostly from leather-assed poker players.

 

Hats are coming faster again. May get to $100 steak house comp.

 

I also am getting hats at the old rate again...,however video bonus ever hour instead of half hour. Still worth playing again IMO.

I got an email saying those who lost hat's are getting them back!

 

I’m still waiting for my hats. They took 2000 off my total. I’ve worked my way back to almost where I was, so I hope that doesn’t go against me.

 

I got that email too. Tells me they either had a mass exodus in users or too many people complained directly to Binion's or both. If there really was a glitch, I'm surprised they didn't figure it out in a day or 2.

 

Does anyone have any experience buying chip packages and counting how many hats they earn per package deal? I am calculating out how many hats I should be able to collect by my next trip and will only be several hundred short for the $100 steakhouse credit. If it is worth it to buy a small package, I would consider that to get to the 8000 needed.

 

We used ours in April. We sat at the bar and had our dinner and drinks. The bartender commented how great the coupon was because the 25% was on the total bill, alcohol included. Worked for us!
