So a couple questions regarding swim up blackjack. One are drinks comped while playing? If so, is it just well drinks and beer.

Also what can I expect the limits to be on a Monday?

Comp drinks - yes. I believe it is well drinks and beer similar to what is available on the normal casino floor. Nothing too fancy. I would expect 15 or 25 minimum depending on how busy they are. Also be ready for the worst rules you have ever seen. H17, 6:5 BJ, double on 9,10,11 only, no double after split. It's free drinks in a pool though so you can't blame them right...

The beers are 16 oz. aluminum bottles, and you should be able to find a $10 game. May want to check to make sure the tables are open on Mondays though. I did some research myself in advance of a 2015 trip, and want to say the poolside tables weren't open seven days a week. I could be mistaken though.

Yep, midweek you can get a $10 game, with the worst rules in the city. You will get the same comped drinks you can get at any VP bar. When I played, the pit boss liked my umpiring trivia questions and thanked me by giving my wife free drinks even though she was not playing and just lounging in a chair nearby.

Do they have any higher limit games with better rules?

I guess for me it’s one of those I just want to do it once type things. Thanks for all the replies, hopefully luck is on my side and I’m paid to drink in pool while playing

No, there's only five tables in the entire pit. The one time I was there (midweek, a couple years ago) there was only a pair of $10 tables and a $15 table open. The same rules were in play for the entire pit.

The way I see it, if you only lose $50-100 bucks and you drink for free at the pool, you kinda break even. And at least you had a shot to make some money.
