Quest for rewards. Tier credit gets added when?

Just returned from Vegas. Visited 6 CET properties and received 11 badges. TR says I accumulated 2,100 TC's but it doesn't appear that they have been added to my account yet. Should they have been added already or is it at the end of the month?

 

I think it’s stated somewhere in the terms that they will post in April

 

Usually around the middle of the month after the Quest ends. So around April 15.

 

The quest runs through Saturday. It will post after that probably by 4/15

 

The official rules state "The tier credit bonus will automatically be added....no later than April 30, 2018"

If CET follows the pattern they have established over many, many previous promotions, you can expect the bonus to hit your account ON April 30th.

 

Grosx2 is bang on I got my February bonus the day before the latest date. If the quest says no later than April 30 I would expect them on the 29th or 30th

 

The website says they will post by April 15.

Quest For Rewards has ended and we thank you for your participation! If you registered between January 1 and March 31, 2018:

• The Tier Credit Bonus you earned will be added to your 2018 Tier Score no later than April 15, 2018.
• Winners of the drawing will be selected and contacted on April 17, 2018. Once all 61 winners are verified, we will post them here.

 

I checked my TR account this morning to see if the tier credits that I had earned from the Quest for rewards promotion had been added. They had not, so I checked my status on the Quest for Rewards TR page only to see that all of my 39 badges had been deleted. It says that I signed up for the promotion on Jan 2, but that I had earned 0 badges....what the hell? I did save a previous e-mail from early March from CET saying that I had 28 badges. Anyone else experience a deletion of their earned badges? I sent them an e-mail this morning along with a question about not getting my tier credits from my Feb. stay under their New Year New Empire promotion where I should have received 4,000 credits for my hotel stay. I was told that the credits would be added 30 days after my stay; to date, Nada.

 

My badges also went to zero. Either a glitch in the system or they remove them as they enter them for the bonus TC's. The bonus is suppose to show up by April 15 so I would just wait to see what happens over the next 5 days first before worrying about it..

 

Yup, just checked and my badges say 0 now as well. I had 9. Hopefully they are just getting ready to award the TC.

Has anyone heard an answer as to the loss of badges?

 

If only one person lost badges I would worry but since everyone’s losing them then I feel it’ will probably be ok. Unless the Russians actually did hack CET.

 

Crickets......... I hope the reason they pulled down our scores is for while they are calcu....... Oh hell, another act by CET to keep customers posting on the interweb and will post our points by the 15th like they delivered to the shareholders during the bankruptcy.

 

Mine are all gone too.

 

Since everyone was complaining about Spring Forward promo, CET is punishing us and eliminated the QFR promo. hehe just kidding. just kidding.

 

CET replied to my earlier email; not much explanation. They said that the promotion ended March 31 and that the tier credits will be added to my account no later than April 16. They also said that the badges were no longer available for viewing since the promo closed out on March 31; but my badges were on my TR page up until Tuesday. Will wait and see what happens on the 16th.

 

Today’s the day. Anyone get the tier credits?

 

No Bonus Tier Credits yet even though the QFR page says they’ll be added no later than April 15th.
